Attitude can be seen as an individual's way of responding to or reacting to something. The librarian's attitude is one of the important factors in the success of a library. A librarian with a good attitude will be able to provide better service to library users and help improve the quality of the library's collection. This study aims to identify the attitudes of librarians in interacting with the users of the Library of Islamic Integrated Teacher Training School Al-Ulum Medan. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. There are 3 sources used in this study, all of whom are users of the Library of Islamic Integrated Teacher Training School Al-Ulum. This research uses a type of qualitative research that is descriptive. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used in this study is primary data. The object in this study was 9 junior high school students grade VII. This research data analysis technique uses data analysis techniques developed by Miles and Huberman. Analysis in this model consists of data reduction, display data, and conclusion/verification. Data validity techniques are through source triangulation, data collection technique triangulation, time triangulation. The results in this study are 1). The application of information services provided to the nine students was quite effective because students could understand how to instill an honest attitude to themselves. 2). The role of guidance and counseling teachers (BK) in responding to dishonest behavior is to provide information services containing material about the value of an attitude of honesty assisted by media infocus and lectures. 3). The factors found from honest behavior in junior high school were 9 respondents who experienced problems with honesty such as cheating. It is necessary for the individual to be able to receive in order for them to acquire psychological well-being. This research was carried out with the intention of having an in-depth discussion on the topic of growing well-being in self-confidence with psychological well-being in the student population of SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan. In this study, a qualitative research design with a descriptive method was used, with participants observing, being interviewed, and documenting their experiences. Three kids from grade seven at SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan participated in this research as the study's subjects. In this work, the method of data analysis makes use of data analysis techniques created by Miles and Huberman. In this particular paradigm, analysis is comprised of the following steps: data reduction, data display, and conclusion and verification. This article is written based on field research with a qualitative approach of evaluative research type, using the CIPP model evaluation framework (context, input, process, and product). Data were collected through personal interviews, observation, and documentation. Data is analyzed interactively, including the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Triangulation of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability is carried out to ensure the validity of data obtained from informants. This article concludes: 1) Context: madrasah has a good understanding of the digital learning system. The legality of the program is in accordance with the circular issued by the government. The environment strongly supports digital learning. The purpose of the program is to train students' in critical and innovative thinking. 2) Input: Human resources in the madrasah collaborate well in the implementation of digital learning. Supporting infrastructure facilities have been optimally met. The source of funds comes from the central government and there is internet quota assistance to students. 3) Process: the implementation of learning is carried out completely online using Madrasah E-Learning and other digital applications such as WhatsApp, Google Form, Youtube, and so on. Learning monitoring is carried out every month by the Head of Madrasah and the IT team. Some of the obstacles experienced in the implementation of digital learning include the variety of teachers' ability to utilize IT, fluctuating internet signals, various gadget storage capacities, and students' lack of understanding regarding online learning. 4) Product: the academic atmosphere formed can be seen from a number of indicators. The aspect of the learning atmosphere in class gets a score of 80% (high). The aspect of relations between class citizens received a score of 86% (high). The aspect of teaching and learning activities scored 93% (very high). The discipline aspect of students in the classroom gets a score of 70% (high). The theoretical basis used is based on the theory of learning evaluation, such as Bloom's taxonomy and other learning evaluation theories. Things discussed around the evaluation of Islamic religious education and morals include preparation of learning evaluations, assessment lists, daily grades, and written and oral exams. The obstacle in undergoing a learning evaluation is the limited teaching staff for Islamic religious education at this school, so the teaching staff needs to use a more effective and efficient way of conducting learning evaluations consisting of 21 class groups, with details for each class level there are 7 classes, there are also other obstacles that are obtained, namely the uneven understanding of students so that in preparing learning evaluations it is necessary to evaluate learning according to student’s abilities. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The results showed that the strategy for optimizing infrastructure in MAS Muhammadiyah 1 Medan involves management activities that include planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The constraints experienced are generally in the form of limited funds and locations that are not wide enough so the solution that can be done is to procure the facilities and make optimal use of the available infrastructure. (2) Describe the constraints in the implementation of test and non-test PAI learning evaluation at Batik 2 Surakarta Vocational School. The type of data analysis used is field data, in collecting data used interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The findings from this study are that Batik 2 Surakarta Vocational School in PAI learning applies evaluation in the form of tests and non-tests, in the test section it is knowledge-based, meaning the assessment can be seen from the results of students' knowledge tests by oral or written tests, while for non-tests it can be seen from the results of the practical exam assessment. Obstacles in the implementation of PAI learning evaluation at Batik 2 Surakarta Vocational School, in general, are due to the character of students who are classified as middle and affluent families. Setelah data terkumpul maka dilakukan analisis dengan tahapan: pemilihan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa antara lain: meminta kepala sekolah untuk menambah jam di luar jam pelajaran PAI; melakukan komunikasi dengan wali siswa untuk mengingatkan anak mereka agar mengulang pelajaran di rumah; melakukan evaluasi sebelum dan sesudah pelajaran; memilih pendekatan/metode yang menarik bagi siswa; dan menggunakan media pembelajaran agar memudahkan guru dalam menjelaskan materi dan mudah difahami oleh siswa dan menggunakan metode hadiah dan hukuman.
