This qualitative research approach uses descriptive analysis—data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. The study results show that a digital school is an educational institution with a learning process using digital equipment, books, and applications. Digital school management is establishing and implementing IT-based programs through the Smart Classroom program using software and hardware products. Second, Smart Classroom Learning at Al-Azhar 37 Islamic Middle School Pekanbaru uses an iPad. Educators create web-based, Google, and application-based learning materials. They were giving assignments/homework through tests and quizzes. Assessment of exam results through the Google form, students make important notes equipped with photo and video features that can be shared using the notes application as a collaboration with friends. This implementation has received support from the school by facilitating internet access via Wi-Fi hotspots within 24 hours. Third, the urgency of Smart Classrooms in educational institutions will make learning more effective, innovative, fun, comprehensive, and time efficient. Dalam penelitian ini memakai pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan dalam pengumpulan data, teknik yang digunakan berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Untuk analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan dan menelaah data yang sudah ada, lalu melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menyajikan data dalam bentuk kesimpulan. Adapun tahapan akhir dari analisis data ini ialah keabsahan data dengan menggunakan teknik kredibilitas (kepercayaan) yaitu keikutsertaan peneliti, triangulasi, dan referensi, pemeriksaan keteralihan, dan pemeriksaan ketergantungan. This type of research is qualitative, with descriptive analysis. The samples in this study were class VIII students of MTs Nurul Khairiyah Deli Serdang. Data collection tools using interviews, observation, and documentation. Analyzing the researcher uses two stages, namely data processing and data analysis. In terms of analyzing data, researchers also use two methods, namely pre-field analysis and field analysis. From the two methods, conclusions will be drawn from the results of the research conducted. The results showed that the learning method using a combination of several learning methods for one material in one meeting was seen as more effective and efficient in conveying the material. Choosing appropriate learning media and utilizing existing learning resources in Madrasahs and developing selected teaching materials can attract student learning interest. Regional library services must now be more proactive in inviting the public to use libraries, so that famous libraries are more than just lending and returning books. As a result, library services can be transformed by social inclusion. The purpose of this paper is to optimize libraries in order to provide individuals with the means to improve their quality of life. This study used qualitative methodology for data collection, including interviews, observations, and documentation in the regional library of Karo Regency. After collecting the data, it is evaluated by reducing the data, presenting the data, and coming up with conclusions. The findings of this study show that the Karo regional library has been able to transform its library services through the use of literacy programs aimed at encouraging social inclusion. The focus of this research is how the role of mentors in improving the spiritual intelligence of foster children as the fulfillment of rights and obligations to foster children for their survival and as a supporter of the personality development of adolescents in getting even better spiritual intelligence from the orphanage adviser. Sources of data taken were directly from the head of the orphanage as the leader of the Al-Arif Alwashliyah Labuhanbatu orphanage, and from other informants, namely from the orphanage administrators and from orphanage youth. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive qualitative data analysis which involves describing events that occurred in the field. This approach includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
