The research method used is qualitative, using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that: 1) The school has achieved several successes in implementing inclusive education, but there are still several aspects that the school is not fully ready for. 2) Schools have certain strategies for implementing inclusive education, especially by optimizing the role of special guidance teachers to handle children with special needs. 3) The main challenge faced by schools is related to providing programs to develop the potential of children with special needs because, currently, there are no programs available to develop their potential. Data was collected using questionnaire techniques, observation, and interviews. The results of the research show that the implementation of inclusive education has not been optimally implemented; there are still several things that have not even been fulfilled. The type of research used by researchers is qualitative research. This research uses data sources consisting of two types, namely primary and secondary data sources. The results of this study indicate that: First, marketing strategy planning at SMK Negeri 3 Palembang is the main thing in the New Student Admission (PPDB) activity. Planning involves the principal, the vice principal of student affairs, and the school marketing team. The planning of marketing activities in PPDB at SMK Negeri 3 Palembang includes creating a committee structure, determining work programs, implementation, and evaluation. Second, at the implementation stage of marketing strategy planning, SMK Negeri 3 Palembang conducts a school promotion strategy by applying the 5 elements of the marketing mix, collaborating, and providing the best possible service to the community. Third, the evaluation of the marketing strategy at SMK Negeri 3 Palembang is carried out at the end of the PPBD implementation period in the form of an accountability report. This includes implementation planning, evaluation, and obstacles in improving cooperation with the industrial world. By knowing these things, some suggestions can be given that can be taken into consideration for school principals in increasing cooperation between the industrial world and schools. This research point uses a qualitative or naturalistic approach to describe the findings of the research. Data collection was done through participant observation techniques, interviews, and documentation while data analysis involved three stages, namely data reduction display data presentation, and verification of conclusions. The results of the study state that the principal's management at SMK Muhammadiyah Rantau Prapat has evaluation implementation planning and obstacles in establishing cooperation with the industrial world. Therefore, it can be understood that the main task of a school principal in carrying out his management is not only limited to the ability to implement programs, but more than that, the principal must be able to involve all levels of the organization, its members, and the community to take an active role so that they can make a positive contribution in achieving the objectives of the collaboration to be carried out. Planning for cooperation with the industrial world is illustrated by the involvement of the industrial world in carrying out school programs and the implementation of cooperation with the industrial world is carried out through an agreement with the industrial world to establish good cooperation. The results of this research are: In its implementation, the promotion of the Sendratasik Education Study Program uses advertising, direct marketing, and socialization promotion strategies. The promotion strategy carried out by the Sendratasik Education study program also uses social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. The Sendratasik Education Study Program also holds festival activities ranging from music festivals to cultural introductions. The research subjects were students and teachers of the Nuris Jember Madrasah Aliyah. This study used a qualitative research design with data collection techniques: in-depth interviews, document review, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and (4) observation. Data analysis in this study used a qualitative descriptive analysis technique which consisted of the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study were obtained, namely; 1) \"Context\" evaluation management includes curriculum policies for extracurricular programs by integrating the pesantren curriculum with the K13 curriculum and supporting the madrasah environment and parental involvement. 2) the input component shows that the extracurricular program curriculum policy is consistent with graduation standards, there are Arabic language day activities, and all educators have a high professional level. 3) the evaluation dimension of the \"process\" of learning according to a predetermined schedule. Learning methods and media are selected by adjusting the material. This research is quantitative research with quasi-experimental research methods. The design used in this research was before (pretest) measurements were carried out and after (posttest) treatment was carried out. There are two groups, namely the experimental and control groups. The results showed that (1) the average pretest score for the control group was 112.666 and the average posttest score obtained was 113.93. (2). The average pretest score of the experimental group was 107.2. The average posttest score obtained was 120.533 (3). The average score of control group students increased by 1.26. The average score of experimental group students increased by 13.533. The difference in the average increase in the posttest score between the experimental group and the control group was 12.26. So the average score of the experimental group after carrying out group guidance was higher than the average score of the control group. (4). The increase in posttest scores obtained by all students in the experimental group showed that all students in the experimental group experienced an increase in self-confidence after carrying out group guidance. (5) Based on independent sample t test statistical calculations, the value obtained is 3.28. The value of ????ℎi????????????g is 1.70. Then it is obtained > , namely 3.28 > 1.70, the hypothesis which states that there is an effect of group guidance on the self-confidence of Class VIII MTs Al-Washliyah Kedaisianam Batu Bara is accepted. (6) Acceptance of the research hypothesis shows that the implementation of group guidance has an influence on students' self-confidence. Just like what has been done by Fastabiqul Khairat Elementary School in Samarinda, they have been focusing on improving the management of educational quality. Therefore, this research aims to examine the improvement of educational quality carried out by Fastabiqul Khairat Elementary School in Samarinda. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a case study approach. Data sources were obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was interactive, which involved data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that Fastabiqul Khairat Elementary School in Samarinda has improved its educational quality through the implementation of the Total Quality Management (TQM) approach. The school's approach to improving educational quality differs from other Islamic-oriented schools. This can be seen in its strategic management, which involves organizing programs and establishing professional relationships with external parties. Continuous improvement is also prioritized, such as emphasizing the professionalism of educators in their respective fields. Language instruction, for example, is conducted by specialized instructors, and teachers are equipped to enhance their professionalism both at the local and international levels. The school also collaborates with the Cambridge curriculum to enhance the quality of learning. Adequate facilities and infrastructure are provided to support students' mastery of both soft and hard skills. The school values input from students and parents, actively seeking and incorporating their suggestions. The training for preparing Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) Questions was motivated by the problems faced by Elementary Schools teachers in Malang Regency, in making learning evaluation questions given in assessing student learning outcomes so far, they are still at the Lower Order Thinking Skills level (LOTS). This is due to the lack of knowledge and understanding of teachers about the concept of HOTS and the lack of ability and skills of teachers in preparing HOTS-based questions. The training for preparing Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) Questions was held at MI Hayatul Islam, Malang Regency, the training participants were Elementary Schools teachers in Malang Regency. This community service activity for the Masters of Education Master’s Program in Elementary Schools Postgraduate Islamic University Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang Islamic University is carried out by providing training and assistance in preparing questions based on guidelines for writing HOTS questions, especially for grade IV and V teachers. The management patterns carried out by the head of the school against parenting, as well as the obstacles and support that the institution has in developing the character of the child, are also the subject of this research. This research is conducted using qualitative research methods. Qualitative research methods are chosen because qualitative approaches serve to explore and understand the meaning of individuals or groups related to social problems that can later be used to interpret and gain an in-depth understanding of certain aspects of human beliefs, attitudes, or behavior. The subjects of the research are the head of the school as well as the head of the institute, parents, teachers, and students. To obtain the desired data, this research uses interview techniques, snowballing systems, documentation, and observations. The analysis is done using qualitative analysis. By conducting research through a qualitative approach during the fieldwork conducted for about three months, there are some conclusions related to the management of early childhood character development in this institution. This study was conducted at MIS Al-Washliyah Insanul Kamil located in Melati Kebun, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency; by using qualitative methods and a phenomenological approach. The sources of data in this study consisted of school principals, teachers of worship and remembrance practicum programs, and students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation analysis. The purpose of this study focused on background, strategies for internalizing religious character in students, as well as inhibiting and supporting factors in the prayer and remembrance practicum program. The findings of the analysis showed that the background of the program is based on the awareness of the importance of providing in-depth guidance regarding worship and remembrance toward students in daily life to create perfect people. The internalization strategy is carried out through the program and interspersed with advice regarding the primacy of the material being taught.
