A novel pulse signal-recording instrument based on system-on-chip and separated universal serial bus (USB) interface chip is developed. The hardware system and application software are designed and the whole principle of various details in the device is described. The system selects the integrated pulse sensor based on PVDF piezoelectric film to convert the pulse jumpiness of measured object into disposal electric signals. Then the system uses MSP430F system-on-chip with high integration to control and realize the acquisition, amplifying, filtering and analogy-to-digital conversion of pulse signals. Finally it records the pulse signals in the flash disk memorizer through separate USB interface chip CH375 after compressing and coding by two-sample value adaptive algorithm. The system has many advantages such as small volume, convenient usage and strong function. The purpose of this paper is to present the more accurate value ranges and some recent results of the variance of return rate for equal weight portfolio investment, and to obtain some sufficient and necessary conditions for equal weight portfolio investment being optimal portfolio investment. These obtained results in theory have a significant effect on the theory research of modern portfolio investment. Therefore, studying psychological condition of cerebral stroke patients is very important. Psychological characteristics analysis of cerebral stroke patients now becomes the hot domain in biomedical field. In this paper, we propose the key indexes on cerebral stroke patients based on these characteristics, including emotion, depression, and anxiety etc. According to these indexes we build a detailed mental scale. Using the scale we can obtain a norm of cerebral stroke patients. Based on the norm we propose a kind of generalized linear regression model with convex constraint, in which the dependent variable and regression coefficients all are unknown. We give the least square estimation of parameters using the alternating projection algorithm between two convex sets. After getting the solution of the evaluation model we can realize the evaluation cerebral stroke patients. But the overall and long-term tests are often with many costs. The grey model could forecast the long-term fault information from few short-term samples. During modeling, the grey model adopts a mean approximation to disperse the first order differential equation. The particle swarm optimization, as a multi-dimension search method is adopted here to find the optimal proportion point. After introducing the evolution of wireless telephone technology and its standards from 1G to 3G in Part II, Part III this paper depicts the outstanding technical advantages of TD-SCDMA standard and its commercial potential, analyzes its serious problems in patents distribution and commercialization compared to WCDMA and CDMA-2000. Part IV discusses the benefits from the pooling of telecommunications technology patents. The author argues that patent pools can help perfect the technical standard, eliminate patent thicket, create an efficient mechanism for obtaining rights to a patented technology and reduce various costs such as transaction cost. Recent studies show that DFH suffers from an inherent serious drawback that its frequency transition matrix may be intercepted by any third-party receiver. This would heavily damage the anti-jamming performance of DFH. The root of this drawback is that differential frequency hopping sequence is not PN sequence but Markov chain. The invariant correlation between successive hops makes interception possible by statistically analyzing the intercepted DFH sequence. In this paper, we put forward a novel method named FH-DFH to deal with this problem. The basic idea of our method is to eliminate correlation between successive frequency hops by combining DFH with conventional FH technique. Whereas in medical practice one of the major drawbacks in clinical EMG diagnosis lies in the inefficiency on spiked components identification which have small amplitude but possess great value on Alcoholic Neuropathy (AN) diagnosis. In clinical EMG diagnosis time-frequency components with small amplitude or time transient characters are hard to be figured out owing to EMGpsilas masking effect upon these components and the presence of high-energy slow waves within image reconstruction interval. Aiming at this problem this paper puts forward a wavelet-based algorithm to attenuate EMG's masking effect, meantime weaken impact strength of transient noise interference. Wavelet transform is adopted and integrated into EMG data preprocessing operation, within whose process wavelet approximation is filtered out while wavelet details are extracted for further treatments. Wavelet coefficients treatment principle is based on the kurtosis probability theorem and error minimum square value criterion. Numerical simulation is implemented following above algorithm, whose computation consequence reveals that image characters of small amplitude AN components is strengthened by attenuating EMG's masking effects, meanwhile the valuable original image signatures is retained for latter analysis. The BCR-ABL oncogene is the cause of Ph+ leukemia. The BCR gene, on chromosome 22, breaks either at exon 1, exon 12/13, or exon 19 and fuses to the c-ABL gene on chromosome 9 to form, respectively, three types of BCR-ABL chimerical gene: P190, P210, or P230. Each of the three forms of the BCR-ABL oncogene is associated with a distinct type of human leukemia. An introduction to knowledge discovery from microarray experimental datasets has been provided. Specifically, the fold change analysis is discussed, step by step, based on the microarray data obtained from the mouse experiments of P190, P210 and P230. However, ICA does not take advantage of prior information in the construction of sub-space, as no consideration is taken about the class information. In this research a supervised version of ICA (SICA) is introduced. Due to the large amount of information contained within MS data, the 'curse of dimensionality' must be solved before ICA and SICA are employed. This paper examines the performance of ICA and SICA using the following feature extraction and feature selection algorithms on ovarian cancer MS data, namely principal component analysis (PCA), 2nd-PCA, and T-test.
