The population in this study is consumers in the Banjarmasin Grapari office who use Halo cards for sampling techniques using non-probability sampling with a total sample of 140 people. Data collection techniques in this research is by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study prove that Service Quality (X1) partially has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y) of 18%. And Price (X2) partially has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y) with a large influence of 78.4%. The results of simultaneous testing show that service quality (X1) and price (X2) have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y) with a large effect of 78.8%. The banking sector was chosen because it is very instrumental in advancing a country's economy. Because almost all sectors of the economy are related to financial activities that will require the role of banks. To measure the success of a bank, it can be seen from the profit growth of a bank. This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA) (X1), Return On Equity (ROE) (X2), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) (X3) on Profit Growth (Y) in Banking Companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia Period 2015-2019. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of published financial statements. The sample used was 22 companies multiplied by 5 years of the study period with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results prove that Return On Assets (ROA) partially does not significantly influence profit growth of -14.2%, Return On Equity (ROE) partially does not significantly influence profit growth of 9.1%, and Net Profit Margin (NPM) partially significant effect on profit growth of 51%. Simultaneously Return on Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant effect on Profit Growth with a contribution of 19.4% which shows very low. This study aims to determine the effect of discounts and electronic service quality partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction. Respondents in this study were users of the Tix ID application in Banjarmasin City who were taken using the accidental sampling technique, so that there were 110 respondents who used the Tix ID application as the research sample. Data collection techniques by means of questionnaires and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. The results of this study indicate that partially the discount variable (X1) has no significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with a significant value of 0.293> 0.05 with a t value of 1.056 <t table 1.982, and electronic service quality (X2) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 with a value of t count 12.080> t table 1.982. Simultaneously, the discount variable (X1) and the quality of electronic services (X2) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 with a calculated F value of 84.978> F table 3.08. Data collection techniques using documentation and literature study. While the data analysis technique used the Independent Samples T-Test. Based on the results of tests that have been carried out regarding the comparison of Return on Gold Investment and Return on stock Investment (capital gain) at PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk for the period January 2019 – April 2020, information is obtained that there is a difference in profit which is more profitable is investing in gold in the short term with an average return value of gold which is 2.2925% greater than the average value of stock return, namely -1.4931% and there is no significant difference if investing in the long term between Return on Gold Investment and Return on Stock Investment (capital gain) at PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk Periode January 2019 – April 2020 with a probability level (sig 2-tailed) 0.306 > 0.05. The result of the research on the Independent Sampel T-Test prove that there is no significant difference between Return on Gold Investment and Return on Stock Investment at PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk with a significant value of 0.306 or in other word Ha is rejected and Ho accepted.
