Stěžejní část práce je věnována návrhu systému vzdělávání. V práci jsou definovány jednotlivé prvky a je vytvořen model vztahů těchto prvků. Five-month fighting was attended by more than 3,000 armed forces against about 1,000 jihadists. Dozens of foreign fighters took part in the fighting on the Islamists side and confirming the pan-Islamic ethos of the Islamic state's ideology in this part of the world. Philippine troops were not prepared for the character of fighting in urbanized environment against motivated and experienced militants. The shortcomings were manifested in the conducting of operations in a heavily built-up area, but also in low-level coordination and limits of capabilities of the technical intelligence. The conflict experience has initiated a change of doctrinal approach that focuses on air support to reduce losses due to inaccurate bombing and acquisitions of high-tech reconnaissance and weapon systems. A religiously motivated conflict is a relevant topic in modern security studies and research. Conflict prevention using the early-warning indicators identified in this article might be interesting for the security expert community. In the article chosen methodology is available with the recommendation to following research in the examined field. Abstrakt: Hlavním cílem tohoto textu je identifikovat nejčastěji využíváné a nejrelevantnější indikátory vzestupu náboženského extremismu ve společnosti jakožto důležité příčiny ozbrojených konfliktů. Nábožensky motitovaný konflikt je důležitým tématem současného bezpečnostního výzkumu. Jeho prevence za použití systému včasného varování opřeného právě o dílčí indikátory je tak pro bezpečnostní komunitu velice zajímavá. Even though the unified armed forces\u0000celebrated their 13th anniversary in December 2018 and are\u0000presented as a success story, the political environment in\u0000Bosnia and Herzegovina, particularly in Republika Srpska, does\u0000not foster a sense of unity in the armed forces. The paper\u0000explores the vulnerabilities that the unified armed forces\u0000face, particularly in relation to the process of state building\u0000in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Its aim is to outline the information about the unemployment of former soldiers and to present the main results of sociological research, which was held among 313 former members of the Czech Armed Forces. Based on the processing of statistics of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic, it was found out that on average 18% of former soldiers of productive age were 8 months without employment during 2008 2017. With the help of a questionnaire survey, it was found out that more than a fifth of the respondents were looking for an employment in the civilian sector for more than half a year. The majority of respondents do not perceive the system of preparation for a second career of soldiers as elaborate. They state that the issue of second career was not addressed during their military service. The progress of electronation and digitalization of tanks allows better situation awareness on the battlefield and cooperation with other military assets. An active protection measures were introduced to protect the crew such as reactive armour, active defence weapon systems and composite armour. By establishing a safe perimeter with active defence systems, tanks can sustain the incoming anti-tank weapons. Hence is the U.S. Army currently looking for a replacement of 3rd generation Abrams tanks. The U.S. Army is considering in this case unmanned vehicle as well. The Russian Federation on the other hand enhances conventional tank scheme with modern technologies. Far too much electronation does not have to be necessarily due to the automatic loading mechanism always a step forward. It also evaluates the level of utilization of gained competencies while managing these organizations. Research was conducted from 2017 to 2019 and embraced predominantly surveys among participants of career courses provided by the Centre for Security and Military Strategic Studies of Defense University in the lifelong education program. Research outcomes proved limited level of understanding and implementation of leadership theoretical framework in daily business. Additionally, it shows that the implementation of verified leadership processes and principles by middleand highermilitary management fluctuates about the average level. Furthermore, it figured out an insufficient application of all available instruments for people motivation and support including the approach „leading by example“. This competency to handle the initial demands of a command post, to which graduates of the Faculty of Military Leadership may be enrolled immediately after their studies. The main aim of the research was to define, structure and evaluate the model of competency to lead others for the graduates of the Faculty of Military Leadership based on the experiences of the commanders which serves in the Army of the Czech Republic. Questionnaire survey of own construction for two groups of respondents (young commanders and their closest superiors) was used to obtain the data. Abstrakt: Článek se věnuje vyhodnocení jednotlivých schopností modelové kompetence k vedení lidí pro absolventy Fakulty vojenského leadershipu Univerzity obrany. Tato kompetence představuje výchozí požadavky na velitelské schopnosti pro zvládnutí nároků prvního služebního zařazení po absolvování studia na Univerzitě obrany. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo modelovou kompetenci vymezit, strukturovat a vyhodnotit na základě zkušeností velitelů z praxe Armády České republiky.
