Here we eat, work, have fun, in other words, live. Thus life acquired a new format. With these changes came new requirements for the devices in our homes. In this paper we will focus on intelligent lighting of the home. A comparative study of the most famous brands in this field such as Osram, Philips and other manufacturers was conducted. Renowned British information provider IHS Markit states that organizations experience an average of 5 downtime events per month which is equivalent to 27 hours. This turns into significant losses or even leads to business closure. Careful disaster recovery planning is required to reduce losses, and two of the most important attributes used to measure the efficiency of the data protection and recovery process are the recovery time objective (RTO) and the recovery point objective (RPO). Based on the analysis of some recognized technical disaster recovery solutions, their related documentation and some publications of important specialists in the field, this article emphasizes the role of RTO and RPO in disaster recovery planning. Social policy is recognized as the most significant sphere of interests of modern society and the most important part of the activity of a modern state. Therefore, the problem arises of constructing qualitative forecasts to determine what the level and quality of life will be after the application of managerial influences. The goal of the article is to establish the relationship between economic and social factors. Knowledge of this relationship will allow to take into account the effects arising from changes in economic indicators. Of the many indicators characterizing the quality of life, we selected those that most fully represent the well-being of the population, the quality of the social sphere and education. În special, sunt detaliate măsurile de susținere financiară întreprinse în ultimii ani și trecute în revistă realizările obținute. Finanțarea și dezvoltarea businessului mic şi mijlociu este o parte integrată şi extrem de importantă a politicii social-economice a statului, desfăşurată cu scopul creării unor condiţii favorabile dezvoltării IMM-lor, în special în acele direcţii de activitate care generează importante beneficii social-economice. Pentru realizarea acestui suport sunt prevăzute acte legislative şi normative din domeniu, care prin prevederile sale, reglementează problemele aferente creării şi funcţionării IMM-lor şi contribuie la implementarea programelor de stat cu caracter financiar, tehnologic sau informaţional. Din punct de vedere metodologic, în acest articol sunt utilizate o serie de metode de analiză aplicate frecvent în practica naţională şi internaţională în studierea IMM-urilor pentru a putea cerceta și anticipa evoluţia acestora spre o dezvoltare echilibrată şi durabilă. Suportul informaţional al articolului a fost asigurat de datele oficiale furnizate de către Biroul Naţional de Statistică, Organizaţia pentru dezvoltarea întreprinderilor mici şi mijlocii, Rapoartele Băncii Mondiale și a Fondului Monetar Internațional. The need to evaluate the performance of the teachers in the institutions of agronomic higher education creates the necessary premises to achieve a match between the requirements imposed on the job occupied with the professional qualities and skills of the one being evaluated.
