The pandemic crisis has had a disastrous impact on the business environment and, in particular, on several branches, such as transport, HoReCa, tourism, trade, services, resulting in closed businesses and massive layoffs. Under these conditions, customer relationship management is one of the main contemporary challenges facing banks, from the perspective of new social changes and major changes in human behavior. The new segmentation generated by the pandemic puts additional pressure on banks, which have a difficult task: to better understand these new behaviors and to meet consumer requirements with relevant products and convenient services. Purpose: The overall objective of this study is to provide a practical perspective on the impact of the pandemic crisis on the demand for financial-banking services, driven by changing consumer behavior according to needs and preferences. Research methods: To study the topic addressed in this article, the following research methods were applied, such as the analysis and synthesis of conceptual approaches and practical aspects of the demand for financial-banking services, deduction and induction, to elucidate the influencing factors, using the adaptation of the range of services according to customer requirements in the context of the pandemic crisis and researching the actions of banks to formulate conclusions and opinions. Piața muncii din Republica Moldova continuă să fie afectată negativ de diverși factori sociali, economici și politici. Acești factori limitează investițiile în valorificarea și consolidarea capitalului uman și creșterea competitivității. Și, drept consecință, afectează negativ dezvoltarea durabilă și incluzivă a societății. Prin urmare, Republica Moldova continuă să înregistreze un nivel alarmant de emigrare a forței de muncă datorat nivelului scăzut al salariilor, dar și a oportunităților reduse de angajare. De asemenea, angajatorii se confruntă cu lipsa forței de muncă calificată. În acest sens, din punct de vedere educațional, se observă o reducere a numărului de persoane ce se înrolează în procesul educațional, în special în învățământul profesional-tehnic, ceea ce rezultă într-un decalaj dintre cererea de pe piața muncii și numărul de specialiști calificați. In this context, the sales activity and its management have acquired their essential role in the activity of a competitive company. The present study thus starts from the idea that sales means a vital problem for companies, a problem that must be solved through an appropriate approach. We are practically witnessing a transition from a transactional to a relational attitude. The present study proposes for analysis a topic intensely discussed in almost all media in Romania. The services segment is a basic lever of the economy and also the most difficult area to follow from a fiscal point of view, precisely due to the diversity that marks this segment of activity. Over time, the services have undergone numerous changes, both from a legislative and organizational point of view, both nationally and internationally. Services currently tend to encompass broader categories of domains, targeting all social and age classes. The different levels of training, as well as the vast aspect of the professions involving the provision of services, have contributed decisively to the development of this segment in the second area of interest in the contemporary world after the production segment. Depending on the type and purposes of the donation, their accounting and tax treatment differ. Although some theoretical and practical aspects of these operations are examined in the works of some local scientists, they do not fully address the particularities of accounting and presentation in tax reports of operations of assets free transfer. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to exhaustively disclose the content, manner of evidence and declaration of donation operations of various goods.
