Terapi Hormon Replacement Therapi (HRT) estrogen dalam waktu lama meningkatkan resiko kanker payudara dan kanker rahim. Perlu dicari alternatif lain sebagai penganti HRT yaitu Kacang tunggak (Vigna unguiculata) yang dianggap mampu meningkatkan proliferasi maturasi epitel (penebalan epitel) serviks. Desain penelitian ini adalah true experimental design karena terdapat perlakuan, kelompok kontrol dan randomisasi dengan jenis post test only control group. dimana pengujian dilakukan setelah intervensi. Intervensi yang dilakukan adalah tikus strain Wistar betina yang memenuhi kriteria dilakukan ovarektomi. Kelompok perlakuan ada 3 : tikus kontrol (tanpa perlakuan), tikus diberi perlakuan ekstrak kacang tunggak 5 mg/KgBB dan diberi perlakuan (P1) beta estradiol 5?g/kgBB (P2). Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak kacang tunggak (Vigna unguiculata) terhadap proliferasi maturasi epitel (penebalan epitel) serviks pada tikus hipoestrogen. Tempat penelitian Laboratorium Farmakologi, Fisiologi dan Patologi Anotomi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Brawijaya Malang.Waktu Penelitian Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 4 bulan mulai bulan Agustus 2021s/d November 2021. Hasil penelitian mengunakan oneway Anova didapatkan P Value (0.00) kurang dari Alfa (0.05) maka terdapat perbedaan hasil perlakuan secara signifikan antara kelompok (Kontrol, P1 dan P2). Due to the fact that there are still many people who do not comply with the Covid-19 prevention health protocol, the author took the initiative to conduct research on \"The effect of jingle health promotion media on knowledge of Covid-19 prevention at GRJB in Karang Bendo Village, Jajang Surat Hamlet, Rogojampi District, Banyuwangi Regency. This study aims to determine the influence of jingle health promotion media on knowledge of covid-19 prevention in the GRJB group (Jajang Surat Bersatu Youth Movement) in Karang Bendo Village, Jajang Surat Sub-district, Rogojampi District, Banyuwangi Regency. This research is a quantitative study using the One - Group Pretest - Posttest Design method. This pretest-prottest design group is included in the Pre-Experimental Designs (nondesign) research, with a total sample of 30 respondents. The inclusion criteria of respondents are 16-28 years old and are members of the GRJB group (Jajang Surat Bersatu Youth Movement). Data collection uses questionnaire directly and the form of intervention or treatment by listening to the jingle to the respondent. The results of the research on the level of knowledge found that there was a change in knowledge from the previous results of the pretest only 96.7% of respondents whose knowledge was categorized as good, after the intervention was 100%, it could be concluded that there was a change in knowledge of the respondents after the intervention or treatment. Terdapat hambatan yang dialami para kader dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembangunan masyarakat dalam hal tingkat pendidikan yang masih kurang dan belum mendapatkan pelatihan terhadap tugas kader di Posyandu. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan kader posyandu dalam pencapaian status ASI Eksklusif E1. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan pendekatan quasi eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang dipilih one group pretest-posttest design. Responden adalah kader posyandu di wilayah Puskesmas Mangli sebanyak 30 orang. Penelitian ini melalui beberapa kegiatan yaitu Focus Group Discussion, pelatihan dan pendampingan demonstrasi skill pada responden dimana kegiatan diawali dengan pre test dan diakhiri dengan post test. Adapun hasil dari penghitungan t test adalah terdapat perbedaan pada tingkat pengetahuan dan demostrasi skill sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan (0.00 lebih dari 0.05). Keberhasilan pengelolaan Posyandu tentunya memerlukan dukungan yang kuat dari berbagai pihak baik dukungan moril, materiil dan finansial. Selain itu diperlukan adanya kerjasama dan pengabdian para pengelolanya termasuk Kader. The short-term effects of Rhodamin B if it comes in contact with the skin or eyes are irritation of the affected area, acute poisoning, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, dizziness and hypersalivation. While the long-term effects caused are irritation of the gastrointestinal tract, disorders of several reproductive functions such as infertility or infertility, damage to liver and kidney function. This research was conducted to determine the use of Rhodamine B dye in cotton sugar in Pasuruan Regency. The cotton sugar used as the sample was taken from 3 different places, namely Markets (sample A), Town Square (sample B) and Store (sample C) representing the Pasuruan district. Analysis of cotton sugar was carried out by the color drawing method using wool yarn with Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC). The results showed that the three samples were negative and did not contain Rhodamine B red dye, this can be seen from the Rf value which cannot be calculated because on the KLT plate no orange stain was formed under the 366 nm UV lamp. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya kosakata pada anak. Prevalensi keterlambatan bicara pada anak prasekolah di Indonesia adalah antara 5%-10%. Salah satu penyebab dari keterlambatan perkembangan anak adalah kurang aktifnya orang tua dalam memberikan stimulasi kepada anaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan review mengenai musik sebagai stimulasi perkembangan bahasa pada anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review yang didapatkan dari 3 database yaitu Pubmed, DOAJ, dan Google Scholar dengan menggunakan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Kata Kunci yang digunakan dalam pencarian literatur: “Music and Language Development”, “Music and Child Language”. Hasil menunjukkan dari 10 artikel ilmiah yang ditemukan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan perkembangan bahasa pada anak yang di stimulasi menggunakan musik. Orang tua memiliki peran penting dalam menstimulasi perkembangan bahasa anak. Metode penyampaian dan cara menstimulasi harus dilakukan dengan tepat dan benar. The preliminary study for January until July 2019, the KBKP of Malang City is still low. The purpose of this research is to explore the application of KBKP from the point of view of policy implementation theory.The research method is a mix method with informants 8 FKTP, Malang Health Office, and BPJS Kesehatan KC Malang.The results showed that no one FKTP had received full capitation in 2019. The implementation of the socialization and evaluation policy has been running. Constraints in the availability of resources related to the operation of the p care application. The implementation of budgeting is adequate both from capitation, BOK and BLUD. The FKTP heads play a role in encouraging the fulfillment of the KBKP by motivating them to achieve targets, but there are FKTP heads who do not care much about the implementation of the KBKP. The Health Office has not implemented a reward and punishment policy in encouraging efforts to fulfill the KBKP. The Blitar City Health Office 2017 said that the number of children who were pregnant was around 73 children with a total of 12 children who had sex before marriage or premarital sex. This indicates that adolescent knowledge about reproductive health itself is still inadequate which can have an impact on adolescent sexual behavior that is deviant. This type of research is quantitative research, with a pre-experimental design in the form of One-Group Pretest–Posttest Design. This research was conducted in April 2021. The population of this research is the students of class 11 IPA 5 at MAN 1 Blitar City with a total of 37 people. Sampling in this study used the total side technique. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The average value of knowledge before education is 57.70 and the average value of knowledge after education is 84.59. Growing old is a natural process of a person after going through several stages, ie neonates, toddler, praschool, adolescents, adults and the elderly. Cylindrical Grip is a functional hand exercise by gripping a cylindrical object. The study used descriptive case study method. The subjects of the study were conducted in two patients with the same case, specifically the elderly patients who had non hemorrhagic stroke with physical mobility problem. The results of the study was obtained in both patients with the decreased of physical mobility in the upper extremities of the right and the left hand. Nursing intervention and implementation were carried out by monitoring the patient blood pressure, determining the factors that related to the patient general condition, providing range of motion exercise or Cylindrical Grip by placing a roll of tissue paper to the patient who had the hand grip weakness, monitoring muscle strength, and taking the collaboration with the doctors and other health team or physiotherapist for stroke.The evaluation was carried out for 3 days and the result obtained by doing Cylindrical Grip for 3 days, namely 2 times a day, and it was found that the physical weakness of the patients with stroke were partially resolved. According to WHO life report, the death toll from COVID 19 in Indonesia reached 12,000 people. Health care as a front end in hospital management should also optimize the performance of its duties according to established operational procedures. The purpose of this research is to explain the level of healthcare professional commitment to the prevention and transmission of coronavirus disease 2019 or COVID 19. The literature review search uses three electronic databases, namely PubMed, Scient direct and google scholar. The average number of respondents is 500 Responders. Articles selected by paying attention to the PEOS Framework then the articles analyzed one by one. Of the 10 articles analyzed, the results were articles that discussed handwashing obedience with n equal 7 and masking obedience with n equal 3. Ten articles were found that met the criteria of inclusiveness and exclusivity. Seven articles on health care compliance in hand washing and three articles on the use of masks with the highest level of compliance.
