Due to the emergence of the COVID 19 pandemic around the world, the number of children under five who are malnourished, malnourished, and stunted is increasing. The impact of malnutrition is very complex, children can experience mental, social, cognitive and growth development disorders. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the family's efforts in handling the nutritional problems of toddlers during the covid 19 pandemic. The design used is Traditional Review, Journals/articles are derived from searches of 4 databases, namely Google Scholar, ResearchGate, ProQuest, Litcovid using related keywords. The solution is taken by paying attention to the PEOS framework, then analyzed one by one. The review shows that there are 7 family efforts in handling nutritional problems. The majority of the efforts made by the family are detection of growth and development through social media whatsapp groups. Efforts to detect growth and development are mostly given by families to deal with the problems of undernutrition, malnutrition, and stunting in toddlers. But in reality, immunization coverage in Indonesia is still low, occupying the third position in health problems. During a pandemic, the implementation of immunization is still carried out but must comply with the health protokols that have been determined in order to remain safe and comfortable. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors of satisfaction and loyalty (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) of parents towards immunization services for children under five before and during the pandemic. This research method uses a literature review study published within the last five years with data sources searching for articles, scientific journals, theses or theses carried out on the Google Scholar database in the 2016-2021 period to retrieve articles that are relevant to the suitability of the topic of writing in English. Indonesia. The review method used is the PICOS Framework (PICOS Framework). The results of this study indicate that there are similarities and differences in the factors of satisfaction and loyalty, namely the tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy factors of parents towards immunization services for toddlers before and during the pandemic. Online learning has several advantages, namely not being limited by distance, preventing the transmission of the Covid 19 virus, facilitating interaction between lecturers and students, and quickly accessing information. However, there are also disadvantages to online learning, namely a good internet signal is required, an adequate smart device or laptop is required, the lecturer's explanations are difficult to accept because they do not meet in person. nline learning is inseparable from the learning media used. This study aims to determine the use of online learning media by lecturers at the Tanjungkarang Health Polytechnic and its analysis. The research design was descriptive, with a population and sample of all lecturers at the Tanjungkarang Health Polytechnic, but 94 of the 150 lecturer population 62.67 Percent were willing to become respondents. The measuring tool uses a questionnaire via Google Form. The results showed that Zoom Meeting and Whatsapp Groups were mostly used by respondents. The aim is to identify scientific evidence related to the management of back pain with pregnancy exercise. The data sources used in this research are scientific journals. Data collection was carried out using thedatabases Google Scholar, Pubmed and Semantic Scholar. In conducting a search for national journals, researchers used keywords, namely, while in international journals they used the keywords back pain, pregnant women, pregnant exerciseback pain, pregnant women, pregnant exercise. Data analysis was carried out by reviewing scientific journals found on the management of back pain with pregnancy exercise. Study found that pregnancy exercise had an effect in reducing the intensity of back pain for pregnant women with the time of giving pregnant exercise during the 2 and 3 trimesters of pregnancy with an interval of at least 1 time a week. From all journals shows that pregnancy exercise has an effect on reducing the intensity of back pain in pregnant women. One of the highest contributors to death is bleeding during childbirth. Stage III is a stage of labor that has a relatively short duration, can endanger the mother's life because of the increased risk of bleeding and lead to maternal death. This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal age and the duration of placental separation in the third stage of labor. This research method uses a correlational study research design with a retrospective approach. The sample of this study was 138 mothers who met the inclusion criteria. Using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used secondary data from medical records and partograph sheets, then the data were analyzed using Chi Square. The results of this study were almost all (77.5 percent) of the mother's age were 20 until 35 years old, while almost all of the time (82.6 percent) of the placenta was detached was not long. Statistical test chi square obtained a value of p more than 0.05 that H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between maternal age and the incidence of prolonged placental detachment in the third stage with an OR of 5.7, the maternal age at risk will cause the incidence of prolonged placental detachment 5 , 7 times more than the age of mothers who are not at risk. A preliminary study conducted at the Kalisat Hospital, Jember in January until May 2022, found that from a total of 510 mothers who gave birth spontaneously, 316 women experienced perineal rupture. This study aims to analyze the dominant factors causing perineal rupture in spontaneous labor, among others, related to maternal variables (parity, birth spacing, maternal age), Helper (how to lead pushing, pushing position, episiotomy), Fetus (presentation of deflection, breech position, dystocia). shoulder, fetal weight interpretation). This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was 297 and 100 mothers had perineal rupture. The sampling technique used was Accidental Sampling. This data was collected using observation sheets (screening sheets, partograph sheets, and checklist sheets) and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis methods with the Odds Ratio test in the SPSS 21 program. the incidence of perineal rupture from the three dominant factors, namely maternal, surrogate, and fetal each was 0.000 with a probability of 6.96 times for gestational spacing, episiotomy was 0.006 with a probability of 5.45 times, and breech position 0.001 with a chance of 5.96 times. Thus, the conclution that the dominant factor causing perineal rupture in the delivery room at Kalisat Hospital was distance between pregnancies. Stress is often experienced by students because of the many demands in the academic field. A national study of 200,000 students at more than 400 tertiary institutions, states that the incidence of academic stress and depression in students is greater than ever before. Student academic stress can be treated with music therapy, it is stated that music therapy can be used as a medium to reduce academic stress levels in students. This study aims to determine the effect of classical music therapy on the stress level of final year nursing students. This is a pre experimental study, with a one-group pre test post test design, in which the researcher measures the stress level of students first, after which they are given classical music therapy treatment, which is then measured by the respondent's stress level after the treatment using the Perceived measuring instrument. Stress Scale (PSS). The population in this study were all final year nursing students at STIKes Surya Global Yogyakarta, namely a total of 152 students. The sample size in this study was 31 respondents. The sampling technique uses a simple random sampling technique. While the statistical test used the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the stress level of students before treatment was severe stress, then after being given treatment the stress level was included in the moderate stress category. Meskipun terjadi penurunan, prevalensi tersebut masih tergolong tinggi dibandingkan target Arah Kebijakan dan Rencana Aksi Program Kesehatan Masyarakat Tahun 2020 – 2024, yaitu 10%. Salah satu penanggulangan ibu hamil KEK adalah dengan pemberian makanan tambahan berbahan dasar terigu. Diversifikasi pangan lokal diperlukan untuk mengurangi akan ketrgantungan pangan import. Tepung kacang tunggak dan kacang hijau memiliki kadar protein dan zat besi yang tinggi. Namun, dalam hal ini kacang tunggak tidak disukai dari sifat sensori rasa yaitu pahit. Sedangkan, kacang hijau memiliki sensori yang baik yaitu gurih dan nutty.Untuk menganalisis pengaruh substitusi tepung kacang tunggak dan tepung kacang hijau terhadap mutu kimia, mutu gizi, dan mutu organoleptik biskuit sebagai PMT ibu hamil KEK. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimental dengan desain penelitian Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Semakin tinggi proporsi kacang tunggak maka semakin tinggi kadar protein, lemak, dan vitamin C. Sedangkan semakin tinggi proporsi tepung kacang hijau maka semakin tinggi kadar karbohidrat, zat besi, dan nilai energi. Semakin tinggi proporsi tepung kacang tunggak semakin menurun tingkat kesukaan terhadap mutu organoleptik dan semakin meningkat proporsi tepung kacang hijau maka semakin meningkat tingkat kesukaan terhadap mutu organoleptik.Substitusi tepung kacang tunggak dan tepung kacang hijau memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kesukaan panelis warna dan tekstur. Substitusi tepung kacang tunggak dan tepung kacang hijau memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap mutu kimia dan mutu gizi biskuit. Privinsi Jawa Timur provinsi nomer 2 tertinggi dengan jumlah kasus 62.392, yang tersebar dibeberapa kota salah satu nya yaitu Kota Blitar. Dengan populasi 30 remaja. Dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling yaitu 30 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan pada pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian dilaksanakan 10 sampai 16 Februari 2022. Analisa data yang dipakai yaitu analisa Wilcoxon Signed Rank dengan a sama dengan 0,05 dihasilkan bahwa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi kesehatan menggunakan video, pengetahuan remaja dari kategori baik 0Persen meningkat menjadi 66,7Persen, kategori cukup 33.3Persen tetap, kategori kurang 66,7 turun menjadi 33,3Persen. Dan untuk sikap remaja sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi kesehatan yaitu kategori negatif 86,7Persen turun menjadi 0Persen, dan untuk kategori positif dari 13,3Persen meningkat menjadi 100Persen. Hal ini dibuktikan hasil Uji Wilcoxon dengan nilai p sama dengan 0,001lebih dari0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode edukasi kesehatan menggunakan video berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap remaja.
