One example of a fintech business is Peer to Peer Lending (P2P Lending) or Online Loans. In Indonesia, this business is growing rapidly and has good prospects, so it is hoped that P2P Lending companies can take the floor on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) to be able to attract foreign and domestic investors. One of the first fintech companies in Indonesia is Danamas. Danamas is registered and has total assets of Rp. 729,927,465,119. Before taking the floor on the IDX, it is necessary to calculate the correct valuation for Danamas. This study aims to calculate the valuation of Danamas as a fintech company. This research was conducted by processing Danamas financial report data for 2018-2020. The valuation method used is a combination of the Damodaran method and The First Chicago method with the Pre-tax Profit Margin history as a reference for obtaining estimated profits for the next 5 years. The results of this study are the company's value of Rp. 739,852,225,899. This is a positive valuation result because the company's value is greater than the total value of its assets. \u0000 ","PeriodicalId":413371,"journal":{"name":"Enrichment : Journal of Management","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133957914","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The regression model obtained at the price of oil palm FFB Rp. 1,200.00/kg is worth positive, so that it is said that the price of oil palm FFB and the welfare of oil palm farmers is positively related. This study suggests that related parties pay more attention to farmers and can provide guidance such as training/counseling to farmers so that they can make derivative products from oil palm plantations. Thus, it is hoped that the farmers will not only benefit from the sale of their agricultural/plantation products but also become entrepreneurs.","PeriodicalId":413371,"journal":{"name":"Enrichment : Journal of Management","volume":"74 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128591985","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The population of this study is the customer of Bubur Tretes that is located in Binjai. The researcher concluded that taking a sample of 109 respondents. Primary data were gathered by using questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS software. The result of this study indicated that the variable product quality (X1) partially had a significant effect on buying interest, the price variable (X2) partially had not significant effect on buying interest, and word of mouth variable (X3) partially had a significant effect on buying interest. Simultaneously, product quality, price , and word of mouth influence buying interest on the traditional product of Bubur Tretes in Binjai. From the results of data processing, it was found that the coefficient of determination was 69.2% which indicates that X1, X2, and X3 together were able to influence Y by 69.2% with a moderate category, the remaining 30.8% was influenced by other factors.","PeriodicalId":413371,"journal":{"name":"Enrichment : Journal of Management","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129514107","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
