Determining a sample using a targeted sampling method characterized by having purchased clothes from an online shop. Survey variables consist of his four independent variables, price, promotion, trust, and product quality, and one dependent variable, willingness to buy. Distribute surveys to collect data and process up to 100 respondents. The analysis method uses multiple regression analysis and the hypothesis test uses t-test. The results are as follows.1) Price positively influences purchase intent in online stores, but not by a large amount. (2) Advertising has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest in online shops. (3) Trust has a large positive impact on purchase intentions in an online shop. When a leader is able to maintain the stability of his organizational system, then of course the organization can run well. A director (leader) at the Padang Regional General Hospital has the duty to control the performance of his employees in order to provide excellent health services to patients and the public. This research is a joint effort that combines literature research and field research, where it is expected to contribute to the development of knowledge, especially in the fields of leadership and organization. The research method used is to use literature and field approach techniques to analyze what conditions and situations are ideal for carrying out leadership in Padang Pariaman Hospital. The informants in this study are all existing employees, including directors, heads of administration, and personnel staff. The results of the study show that, in general, the leadership of the hospital has fully implemented its role as a leader in improving employee performance, while the role carried out by the leadership of the hospital is to guide and direct employees, encourage employees to follow in their footsteps, and be responsible. It's just that some employees have not carried out their duties with discipline. In this case, employees need to improve their performance as employees, while what needs to be improved from employees is the quality, quantity, and completion of work. \u0000 ","PeriodicalId":413371,"journal":{"name":"Enrichment : Journal of Management","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132994192","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Tax revenue increases with better taxpayer compliance; conversely, when taxpayer compliance is low, tax revenue and state treasury both decline. As a result, DJP introduced the M-Pajak application and E-Form system, one of the tax administration reforms, with the goal of facilitating taxpayer access to more individualized, quicker, and MSMEs-friendly income tax reporting. The purpose of this study is to determine whether MSMEs taxpayer compliance in Pematang Serai Village, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra, is influenced by how simple M-Pajak and E-Form are to use. 35 MSME taxpayers made up the sample. The research methodology is quantitative, and descriptive statistics with multiple linear regression techniques are used for data analysis. According to the study's findings, M-Pajak and E-Form accessibility both partially and concurrently influence taxpayer compliance.This demonstrates that the simpler a DJP application or system is to use, the higher the rate of taxpayer compliance will be because it's simpler for taxpayers to comply with their tax responsibilities.","PeriodicalId":413371,"journal":{"name":"Enrichment : Journal of Management","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122861577","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
