Therefore, the availability of national fish is enough to support the needs of the fish processing industry. The fishery potential can be a challenge for the people of the coastal area to convert it into a product that has economic value added. The potential of fishery resources in the coastal south, Village Sitiarjo, District Sumbermanjing Wetan, Malang district has not received empowerment program well. The majority of people in the region still lags behind economically. The Community Service Program was aimed to make economic empowerment of the target society of SME-based on fish meatballs production and drinking water depots. The implementation methods were carried out in several stages: data collection, planning, implementation, monitoring, feedback, and final evaluation. The model implemented was intensive training and assistance to obtain the maximum output corresponding to the objectives of the community service program. Based on this background, we developed a 3-dimensional tax education game that is used to provide additional knowledge and understanding to elementary school-level children on the importance of taxes so that they can ultimately raise awareness to pay taxes in the future. The method used is to hold discussions with partners, develop 3D educational games applications, carry out training on tax education games, and evaluate the results of training implementation. The training activities were carried out in 3 (three) Elementary Schools namely SD Negeri Experiment 1 Malang SD Negeri Rampal 1 Celaket Malang, and SD Negeri Model Malang. The results of the training showed that tax education games are effective in increasing tax knowledge and awareness. One of the goals that Unisma wants to achieve is to produce superior and qualified students. To achieve this goal, Unisma should apply new policies in terms of New Public Management (NPM). In NPM, Unisma should apply Absen Cap Driji / Absensi Sidik Jari (AbCD) machines as a solution to overcome student indiscipline. Need to know, so far the form of student indiscipline in Unisma has always increased every year.This form of indiscipline, among others; 1) Often come late, 2) Do not do assignments, 3) Often do not enter without reason, 4) D3C (Come, Sit, Listen, and underestimate the lecture. If the form of student indiscipline is unchecked, it is feared that students are increasingly out of control, affecting other students, even Unisma fails to achieve the goal of creating excellent and high quality students. So that AbCD machines are needed in order to implement NPM while minimizing student indiscipline. AbCD is an absent machine that uses fingerprints so as to reduce dishonesty done by students in terms of college attendance. AbCD replaces the previous presence system which is still manual and easily manipulated. This AbCD program is expected to provide benefits in the long term, those are: 1) To discipline Unisma students by applying AbCD machines, 2) To develop IT in Unisma so as not to be left behind, 3) To avoid conflicts between students and students, and students with lecturers at Unisma. The methods used in implementing AbCD machines are: 1) Pre-Program Analysis, 2) Location Survey, 3) Licensing Administration, 4) Procurement of Goods, 5) Material Preparation, 6) Recruitment of Facilitators and Participants, 7) Lecturer debriefing, 8 ) Student Counseling, 9) Utilization of AbCD, and 10) Evaluation. To maintain the productivity of horticultural crops is necessary land management system with organic inputs. However, the availability of compost in this village is still inadequate. Compost production system that is not running optimally, although it has been available the tools for composting. An understanding of composting technology is still low. Specific targets to be achieved in this activity is an increase in the compost product produced from compost production systems that exist in the two farmers groups Weru Asih I and II, who became a partner in this activity. IbM activities were implemented through several stages: (1) extension of composting technology and the role of organic matter (2) the training and mentoring of making compost, (3) Building composting home, and (4) Counseling and guidance of management system of sustainable compost production. The results of this work showed that horticultural farmers at Tegalweru village already can independently make compost with a high quality. This activity greatly helped to provide compost for farmers. It is also able to improve the understanding of the members of farmer group in maintaining soil fertility. Sedangkan untuk menjawab responsi kelompok digunakan analisis logit model.  Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) Penanaman paradigma makanan berbasis singkong menunjukkan bahwa singkong bisa dibuat untuk makanan yang menarik, anak-anak dipersilahkan untuk memakan. Dari sinilah kemudian ajaran/paradigma ditanamakan kepada anak-anak (mereka) makan adalah ‘apa saja’ tidak hanya nasi dan makan adalah untuk ibadah. Oleh karena itu perlu dianalisis ‘makan’ dari aspek spiritual guna mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan yang lebih luas dan integratif.  (2)  Analisis responsi kelompok sasaran pasca demontrasi olah singkong dengan deversifikasi produk. Hasil analisis dari lima variabel tersebut mempunyai pengaruh yang negatif, yaitu  umur kelompok sasaran, jumlah anggota keluarga, pendidikan, konsumsi singkong per hari. Sedangkan pendapatan mempunyai pengaruh positif.  Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan bahwa meskipun tidak mudah dalam melakasanakan penanaman paradigma, tetapi minimal ada yang memulai sebab paradigma sesuatu tindakan tang berupaya untuk merubah perilaku – maka dari itu perlu waktu yang cukup lama. Atas dasar itulah, maka pada penelitian ini disarankan beberapa hal (i) semua pihak diharapkan mempunyai kontribusi yang positif terhadap upaya ketahanan pangan melalui teori ‘makan tidak hanya nasi’ – utamanya pada anak sedini mungkin dan (ii) problem yang muncul dari penelitian tahun I, II dan II, yaitu kekurangan bahan baku singkong dapat diatasi dengan jalan pemanfaatan lahan kosong, lahan pekarangan, dll agar produksi singkong (exes demand) dapat teratasi, minimal terkurangi. Wadjdi","doi":"10.33474/jipemas.v1i2.1523","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33474/jipemas.v1i2.1523","url":null,"abstract":"Program IPTEK bagi masyarakat (IbM) ini dilakukan dalam rangka membantu meningkatkan performans produksi dan keuntungan peternakan itik pedaging pada Kelompok Peternakan itik pedaginghasil hibridisasi Kingbelldesa Gading, kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang. Tujuan IbM ini adalah transfer IPTEK pengelolaan, perkandangan, pakan dan pemasaran dalam upaya peningkatan keuntungan usaha peternak itik pedaging desa Gading tersebut. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dilakukan implementasi program IbM yang antara lain meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan dan demo plot, pendampingan dan reboisasi di sekeliling lokasi kandang. Hasil program IbM ini ditandai dengan antusiasnya peternak mitra dalam menjalankan semua kegiatan dalam program IbM ini. Adapun program pengadaan dan penanganan pakan alternatif dari limbah sisa makanan dari warung, restoran dan hotel ternyata baik melalui pengeringan dan digiling maupun fermentasi dihasilkan bahan pakan sangat bagus. Untuk yang dikeringkan dan digiling mendekati kualitas konsentrat pakan ayam petelur, sedang yang difermentasi yang dicampur jagung dan pollard memiliki kandungan protein 14,25% dan energy metabolis lebih dari 3500Kcal. Sehingga dengan menambah sedikit bahan yang mengandung protein tinggi sudah dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pakan itik pedaging. Aplikasi hasil pelatihan formulasi rangsum dan renovasi kandang dengan memisah dari kandang itik untuk pembibitan dihasilkan performans itik pedaging diperoleh pencapaian bobot panen yang lebih pendek sekitar 5 hari, selisih feed konvertion ratio (FCR) yang hemat pakan hampir 0,5 kg dan selisih harga pakan hampir Rp. 1.500,-/kg sehingga keuntungan meningkat dari Rp. 4.000,-menjadi Rp. 8.430,-. Jumlah pemeliharaan itik pedaging pada mitra peternak utama bekisar antara 200 – 500 ekor bergantung ketersediaan bibit, sedang peternak mitra ke dua antara 100 – 300 ekor. Kesimpulan dari pelaksanaan program IbM ini peternak mitra memperoleh IPTEK dalam usaha peternakan itik pedaging sehingga dapat meningkatkan performans produksi, efisiensi dan keuntungan yang sangat signifikan. Saran untuk peternak mitra selesai pendampingan diharapkan dapat melanjutkan pengelolaan peternakan itik pedagingnya sebagaimana yang dilakukan selama pelaksanaan program IbM.
