Prediction of the effective wind power density is a significant work for wind power evaluation. In this paper, the effective wind power density values are regarded as a time series, furthermore, Back Propagation Neural Networks (BPNN) and Generalized Regression Neural Networks (GRNN) are employed to forecast the effective wind power density in the future. Both the two models predict the effective wind power density only based on historical data and statistical calculation, combining the long term prediction and the short term prediction. Forecasting and calculation results show that the neural networks have strong learning ability that can well capture the random changes of time series researched. The results showed that: total phosphorus content was reduce while the depths increasd, and available phosphorus content was first increased and then decreased with the depth increased. Free multi-temporal Landsat imagery data provided a feasible approach to monitor shifting mangrove wetlands in China. In order to know the historic and present situation of the west shore of Donghai Island mangrove, a new integrated classification method with Support Vector Machines (SVM) and Decision Tree (DT) was applied, which is more effective than SVM algorithm. The integrated method combined the information of spectrum, spectral transformation and geographical position for land cover extraction. Post-classification change detection was used for analyzing the mangrove loss conditions and its possible reasons in the past three decades. The results informed that the mangroves in the study area has been most affected since the early 1970s, nearly 62% of the mangrove area has lost. The system can accomplish the work of detecting and tracking the human face which is captured and collected by USB camera precisely with the help of motion tracking algorithm and then extract the facial features via HMM Model as well as PCA Model which is based on Wavelet with Atom Z51 processor from Intel as its platform. At the same time, the facial feature information will be stored in the Two-Dimensional Barcode after it is compressed with the method of embedded coding on purpose of resolving the problem of that the data occupy so much space; The forgery certificate can be indicated with enough proof because of Digital Signature Technology. Considering both the reliability and the efficiency performance of sensing, we use the average error probability (AEP) in final decision making as metric. We derive a closed-form expression of AEP by classifying cognitive transmission into six cases. In order to minimize the AEP, we consider the optimization of cooperative sensing with energy detection, and find the optimal fusion rule among all of these counting rules. The simulated soil moisture was in good agreement with measured data. Modeling analysis showed that the soil hydraulic parameters are more sensitive than other kind of parameters. The simulation also demonstrated that the cumulative evapotranspiration in the 150 ㎝ soil profile at upper slope is higher than lower slope. In conclusion, it's advantageous for tillage soil at the lower slope to keep soil moisture and resist the drought in the peanut field during dry season in southern China.
