Wavelet transform is more applicable in processing point singular signal, however, it is obviously insufficient in the analysis of the image edge feature of the curve of two-dimensional image or a straight, while the Curvelet transform has more directional and has better approximation and sparisity description of the smooth region and edge parts. This paper first introduces the concept and the implementation algorithm of the curvelet transform, then applies Curvelet transform to denoiseing of the standard image and polymer materials image and compared with the denoising effect of wavelet transform. In the experiments, the Wrap (Wrapping-based transform) algorithm was used to realize the Curvelet transform, which adds a wrap step to the USFFT method to one to one map arbitrary region to the origin affine regions through the cycle technology. This paper presents on bandpass filter operating at center frequency of 5.5GHz with 1GHz bandwidth. In this paper, based on the analysis of the essential characteristics of decision tree algorithm, we give a leaf criterion for multi-decision values of decision attribute, and establish a mathematical model for the selection for expanded attributes; also we give a concrete model based on quasi-linear function (denoted by QASM). Finally, we compare and analyze the performance of QASM combining with ID3 algorithm through an example. Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) is a popular method used to reduce the dimension of the data and it has been very efficient in lipreading. Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) is a method to study the class relationship between data points, it is very useful method for dimensionality reduction and feature extraction. For lipreading system, the change of the lip is a non-rigid deformation, only considering the discrimination of different class is not enough, the local structure information is important too. So in this paper, the Locality Sensitive Discriminate analysis (LSDA) is used, it is a method considers both the Discriminant and geometrical structure of the data. In order to tackle the issue of poor efficiency of traditional serial point matching texture synthesis algorithm, we propose a parallel approach based on CUDA (Compute Unified Device Architecture) for texture synthesis. By reasonably arranging data transfer between CPU and GPU, and using GPU to do tedious and time-consuming computing, we are able to greatly improve the efficiency of texture synthesis. Rapid land use changes have taken place in the WLFZ of the TGR, which is affected by the functions and structures of the local environmental system directly or indirectly. Land use change analysis is very important for land planning and environmental management in the TGR area. This paper presents an integrated study of land use change in the WLFZ of the TGR area by using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The study explored the temporal and spatial characteristics of this area from 2000a to 2005a and the land use/cover changes during this period. Data of viewdata graphics, social statistics and environmental monitor were collected and inputted into ArcGIS for calculating the transition matrix of land use and used to analyze the changes in the landscape. The main purpose of this study was to determine the land use transition rate between land use types in this area over the 5 years from 2000-2005 and to quantify the changes of various land uses. Surprisingly the results show that the arable land has increased by 1466.79ha while the garden land has decreased by 519.71 ha and the water area has decreased by 652.39ha during the past 5 years. Subjects are 22 right-handed healthy university males. Subjects were asked to do mental arithmetic twice independently. Numbers were selected during 1 to 10 randomly. Every two numbers were given respectively; the time interval of them is 3s or 2s. Subjects did additions for the given numbers. The research shows that each area of brain takes part in mental arithmetic, whereas the frontal, central and parietal of left hemisphere has more advantage than the right. We propose a GIS-based public information service platform of Chinese tea industry for supporting production, business trade and government management, which includes three components: (1) a GIS portal of planning and decision-making management for government and industry departments; (2) a production information service platform for gathering related information of tea and giving production guidance for farmers; and (3) a business-oriented international e-commerce GIS platform for tea enterprises. The paper first gives a summary of the basic system construction technology and then focuses on the design and implementation of the information service platform with the emphasis on the used component and GIS technology. The original input image is divided into the region of interest and the region of non-interest in accordance with the RIO information. As to the region of interest, perform coding on the resolution of the original image. As for the region of non-interest, first extract samples and then encode these samples. Consequently, the resolution adjustability based on ROI is achieved. It's shown in the result of the experiment that the SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) of the region of interest which adopts the spatial domain resolution adjustable method is 1.9 higher than that of the whole image.
