Subjects are 22 right-handed healthy university males. Subjects were asked to do mental arithmetic twice independently. Numbers were selected during 1 to 10 randomly. Every two numbers were given respectively; the time interval of them is 3s or 2s. Subjects did additions for the given numbers. The research shows that each area of brain takes part in mental arithmetic, whereas the frontal, central and parietal of left hemisphere has more advantage than the right. 摘要
