In order to improve quality and meet maintenance and repair needs, a systematic approach is needed for the entire fleet of road construction machines in Vietnam. Three variants of the structure of the system for ensuring the operability of road construction equipment in Vietnam are considered, taking into account the possibility of cooperation with construction enterprises. For the proposed variants of the structure, a mathematical model was developed based on the transport problem of optimizing the placement and capacity of centers for ensuring the performance of road construction machines and industrial and technical construction enterprises on the basis of cooperation. A technique for solving the problem using the simulation annealing method is proposed. As a result of optimization, two options for the location and capacity of the system of centers for ensuring the performance of road construction machines were obtained. Comparative results of experimental tests of this device on a bench installation with a diesel internal combustion engine for fuel-economic and environmental properties of the internal combustion engine, as well as changes in the physicochemical properties of diesel fuel of various brands after its treatment by the device are presented. At the same time, among the causes of injuries to transport passengers, slipping on bearing contact surfaces is not uncommon. The existing scientific literature gives some idea of the factors influencing tribocontact with the macro-dimensions of surfaces. This served as the basis for the mathematical description in the article of the factorial effect on the anti-slip efficiency of the grooved profile. For this purpose, two indicators were identified that take into account the influence of the shape and number of profile irregularities. With the help of modeling tribocontact with profiles of different corrugation in the SolidWorks Motion environment, calculated values of the maximum static friction force were obtained. These values were compared with the calculated values of performance indicators, as a result of which a conclusion was made about the adequacy of the mathematical description of the factors.
