In order to improve quality and meet maintenance and repair needs, a systematic approach is needed for the entire fleet of road construction machines in Vietnam. Three variants of the structure of the system for ensuring the operability of road construction equipment in Vietnam are considered, taking into account the possibility of cooperation with construction enterprises. For the proposed variants of the structure, a mathematical model was developed based on the transport problem of optimizing the placement and capacity of centers for ensuring the performance of road construction machines and industrial and technical construction enterprises on the basis of cooperation. A technique for solving the problem using the simulation annealing method is proposed. As a result of optimization, two options for the location and capacity of the system of centers for ensuring the performance of road construction machines were obtained. 摘要

本文探讨了越南筑路机械性能保障中心系统的优化问题。为了提高质量并满足维护和修理需求,需要对越南整个筑路机械队采取系统的方法。考虑到与建筑企业合作的可能性,我们对越南筑路设备操作性保障系统结构的三个变体进行了研究。对于拟议的结构变体,根据运输问题开发了一个数学模型,该问题是在合作的基础上优化筑路机械和工业技术建筑企业性能保障中心的布局和能力。提出了使用模拟退火法解决问题的技术。通过优化,得出了两个确保筑路机械性能的中心系统的位置和容量方案。 关键词:筑路机械、可操作性、位置优化、退火模拟、维护、修理
