Therefore, the goal of the service program is directed to grow the motivation of teachers in the effort to improve Education quality in Mts Mambaul Ulum. The program implementation was conducted in stages, namely problem identification, program socialization, motivation seminar for students, teachers, parents/ guardian, leaders of the Foundation, and school environment. These activities aim to improve the competence of the doers of micro small medium enterprises (UMKM) of PCA in North Purwokerto on the business development based on business feasibility study. The participants joining the accompaniment of the evaluation of management performance and financial management competence were 24 people. The methods used in the accompaniment were theory exposure and case study, business consultation, and the practice of the formulation of business feasibility study-based enterprises in groups. The goal to be achieved in mentoring is that the elderly in the Posyandu Lansia (Integrated Healthcare Center for the Elderly) of the Kauman village of Yogyakarta can improve their health knowledge of the elderly as an effort to live healthily, so as to increase the life expectancy of the healthy and productive elderly people. The end of the mentoring is expected that all elderly participants can find out what is happening to the health of the elderly as an effort to live a healthy life. The material presented in this activity includes knowledge about healthy elderly people, diseases and risk factors that occur in the elderly, as well as nutrition and healthy food for the elderly by using case study methods, consultation for healthy living, and the practice of maintaining physical health. Other activities carried out in increasing knowledge in realizing healthy elderly people are by increasing awareness of the elderly to carry out health checks including blood pressure, blood sugar levels, uric acid, and cholesterol and elderly exercise. Healthy and joyful life quality for elderly people is expected to bring improvement towards life expectancy. Therefore, effort in improving the life quality of elderly people needs to be taken into account. The implementation of community service program, particularly the one addressed to the elderly people aims to: 1) perform the selection of cognitive function and elderly people’s mood situation; and 2) follow up the selection results. The implementation method was conducted step-by-step, which was through the selection of cognitive function and elderly people’s mood situation using Abbreviated Mental Test (AMT), whereas Workshop Husnul Khatimah Care (Hukho Care) was implemented for the selection results follow-up. AMT was used to measure the psychological condition and memory disorders; it was implemented through interview given to each of the elderly people. The Workshop Hukho Care was conducted through education as well as small and big group discussion. The result shows that 9% of the elderly people suffer from depression, 19% unstable, and 27% suffer from moderate memory disorder. Those who suffer from depression, psychologically unstable, and moderate memory disorders are entirely female. To realize the goal, various society’s empowerment programs are held to promote the society’s awareness on distribution method so that their agricultural products can be competitive and can gain optimum profit. The programs are held through the methods of counseling, recitation, and a provision of stimulating fund. However, goat milk has not been currently preferable due to its smell characteristic. One of the ways in order to make goat milk be able to gain consumers’ interests is by turning it into processed product, such as yoghurt. Yoghurt is a drinking product made as the result of milk fermentation yielded from controlled LAB bacteria. This study is the result of organoleptic assessment, in the form of pH and the flavor of one of PUPPIK skim dedicated products. The flavor organoleptic observation with students as the panelists was using de Garmo analytical hedonic test in order to find the most appropriate treatment and the most favorite flavor based on the consumers’ interests. The pH data and data analysis used ANOVA test. The design of this research was RALF (Rancangan Acak Lengkap pola Faktorial/ Factorial Pattern Completely Randomized Design), which consists of 2 factors: fermentation duration (6, 12, 18, and 24 hours) with the temperature of 37OC and the types of starter bacteria (Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus and combination). The participation of the community in the prevention and treatment of malnutrition in children starts with the active participation of pregnant women in routine checks during pregnancy, supplementary feeding to children under five and monitoring the nutritional status of their children. The role of health cadres in the community is very important because they are the motor of community nutrition development activities in their area. Community service is intended to prevent and improve malnutrition in children through improving the quality of Posyandu (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu/Integrated Health Post) activities, monitoring of growth and health of under five years old children and administration of supplementary feeding for infants and children. This program is dedicated for increasing knowledge and skills of cadres and mothers of infants and under five year hildren in Cokrowijayan and Sukunan villages in Banyuraden Village, Gamping Sub-District, Sleman . The activities carried out in this service were in the form of malnutrition prevention and recovery workshops for children involving health leaders in Cokrowijayan and Sukunan Villages in Banyuraden Village and village youth leaders, including theory and practice. Additionally, there was assistance in measuring the anthropometry for growth monitoring. Other assistance provided was in he form of additional food for infants and under five year children. In this program, Tim of FKIK UMY (Medical Faculty Team of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta University) also carried out the assessment of the knowledge and practice of mothers of infants and under five year children in terms of nutrition care.
