Based on three natural potentials, namely Goa Jepang, Tuk Surocolo, and Goa Sunan Mas, Wedang Ereng-ereng is expected to become a typical culinary attraction. This festival is intended as an internal and external promotion effort as well as to make Wedang Ereng-ereng as the tourism icon of Seloharjo. The festival activity is carried out in four stages, namely: preparation, socialization, festival implementation, and follow-up plans. The community is involved in all stages as the main actors of Seloharjo tourism development. The survey toward 67 respondents of famer’s households in Samiran Village, Selo Subdistrict and Sruni Village, Musuk Subdistrict in Boyolali Regency were involved purposively. The farmer’s household involved in this study were the owners of biogas in household scale. For respondents having no biogas, it was required that they had known biogas in household scale. The data were analyzed using the impact evaluation model with Propensity Score Matching approach. The Treatment Effect Analysis shows that the biogas utilization in farmer’s household scale has significant impact on the decrease of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) usage reaching until 2.54 kg/ month. Nevertheless, the impact on the firewood and organic fertilizer usage is insignificant. It is also one of the leading work programs in Priority Performance in the period 2015-2019. Even though 5000 BUMDes targeted by the Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration has exceeded by the establishment of nearly 35.000 BUMDes across Indonesia. However, there are some villages which still seem doubtful and less motivated to establish BUMDes. Moyudan sub-district consists of four villages and there is only one village which has already pioneered the establishment of BUMDes. The aim of the community service program (PPM) is to motivate the initiation of the establishment of BUMDes in Moyudan sub-district. The activity of PKM was conducted through initial survey, training, and consultation on the mapping of village potential. Dari sisi kuantitas, jumlah dan ukuran ikan lele masih bisa ditingkatkan dan dari sisi kualitas hasil panen ikan lele dapat diolah menjadi makanan olahan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Kelompok Peternak Ikan Lele sejak proses pembibitan sampai dengan pasca panen. Metode pelaksanaannya adalah dengan cara pemberian penyuluhan tentang pembudidayaan ikan lele, penyuluhan izin PIRT, penyuluhan hak atas merek, pelatihan tentang pembuatan abon ikan lele, dan pendampingan sejak pembibitan sampai dengan pasca panen ikan lele sehingga menjadi produk olahan yang layak jual. Hasil program pengabdian ini adalah 1) terdapat pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang pembudidayaan ikan lele pada anggota kelompok ternak ikan lele, terdapat pemahaman perlunya izin PIRT dan arti penting merek untuk pemasaran produk pada ibu-ibu PKK dan karang taruna; 2) bagi ibu-ibu PKK dan karang taruna mempunyai ketrampilan pembuatan abon ikan lele. Village independence could be seen from various aspects, and one of which is the aspect of independence in the provision of clean water. Clean water supply activities in Balong Hamlet, Donoharjo Village, Ngaglik Sub- District, Sleman Regency are community empowerment activities in order to make Balong Hamlet independent on the aspect of the ability to provide clean water. This activity began with a survey and data collection of local residents’ water needs, followed by calculation of clean water requirements, design of clean water supply and distribution systems, implementation of piping installation, commissioning tests, economic analysis, and its contribution in making the village independent of clean water. This activity produces a piping system for clean water from the spring to the houses of Balong hamlets with a population of approximately 203 households. On average, each household needs 600 liters/day so it requires 121.8 m3 /day or 3654 m3 /month. The price of standard clean water for the Drinking Water Company (PAM) is Rp1,960.00/m3 , so the hamlet has saved Rp7,161,840.00/month or Rp85,942,080.00/year. This village is located in the north area of Gunung Kidul. This is an agricultural conservation area of herb Some of them are Zingiber oficinale (jahe), Curcuma xanthorrhiza (temulawak),Curcuma domestica (kunir) dan Cymbopogon citratus (serai). This village is located in hills where the access to transportation is quite difficult. This problem often causes delays in harvest distribution, so that a lot of herb rot before they are sold at the central market in Gunung Kidul. The survey result also showed that the people in Gedoro Village have not had enough knowledge in processing empon-empon into processed products that are able to increase its stability and durability when they are not immediately sold. Those problems are the factors which cause decrease in economic value of herb. Herb actually has high price because it contains antioxidants that can be used to treat cancer and degenerative diseases. The aim of this empowerment program is to increase the knowledge of people in Gedoro Village in processing herb into healthy drinks based on zero waste home industry with the women as the target. This program is in the format of KKN PPM which was given in the form of counseling, training, practicing and accompanying the processing of empon-empon into healthy drinks. The method used was through information technology training divided into three stages, namely: (1) description making of each grade on the fields of affective, cognitive, and psychomotor; (2) submitting grade of affective, cognitive, and psychomotor fields; (3) converting grade from number to descriptive form. The community service was carried out in six times of meetings with 17 teachers of SD Muhammadiyah Sirojuddin. The result of the service community are 15 teachers are helped in understanding curriculum 2013 and grade conversion process based on Microsoft Excel program. That high potential is in line with its high waste produced such as its leaves, stalks, cobs, and husks. To date, the leaves and stalks are corn wastes that have been used as fresh cattle feed, while the cobs are only thrown away or burnt. In fact, all corn wastes can be used as dry cattle feed that can be stored. The potential to process corn waste is important by noting the number of cattle in Saptosari village and Gunung Kidul regency in general to meet the high demand of cattle feed. This type of cattle feed is very needed in dry season due to the shortage of fresh cattle feed. As a result, there is a need to have a society empowerment activity in Saptosari village especially in Tukuk hamlet aimed at developing the society’s skills to process corn waste into cattle feed. The method of empowerment activity was done in stages that include socialization, training, and waste processing practicum. The success of society empowerment activity that was implemented is shown by the increasing knowledge and skills of the society in processing the corn waste into cattle feed. The purpose of this activity is to provide education about the dangers of consuming foods containing excessive flour and to train in making flour and food from non-wheat alternative ingredients to ladies of Aisyiyah members in ladies Gunungkidul area. The series of service activities was carry out in the form of counseling on food security and healthy food. The second activity was in the form of training in making flour substitute flour and non-flour processed foods. The evaluation phase was in the form of filling out questionnaires by participants.
