This study uses secondary data in the form of documentation of legislation, research results, evaluation reports, and other publications, and is analyzed by meta-analysis. Secondary data is sourced from guidelines for implementing EDM/S in several madrasas/schools, the media, official documents of laws and regulations, and reports on the results of related studies. The results showed that the constraints faced included aspects of concepts, instruments, infrastructure, human resources, and administration. These problems arise as a result of the lack of proper socialization, the absence of a madrasa/school commitment, and the absence of cooperation between various stakeholders, and the ability of human resources in IT skills. The alternative to overcome these problems is by making special policies at the district/city level that can be used as a legal umbrella in the planning, budgeting, and monitoring processes.","PeriodicalId":411137,"journal":{"name":"Iseedu: Journal of Islamic Educational Thoughts and Practices","volume":"81 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121025307","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results of this study found that the pattern of implementing distance learning evaluations in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains had been carried out following the evaluation stages, namely planning, implementing, processing, and interpreting data, and reporting evaluation results. And for the obstacles faced during the evaluation of distance learning, namely in the cognitive realm, the test questions are only objective and there are no HOTS questions, so they are not effective in measuring children's understanding. Constraints in the affective domain cannot measure the value of attitudes in the social sphere. And for the psychomotor domain, the assessment is in the form of making practice videos, which makes students complain that there is no internet quota to send assignments because the average student system is in the middle to lower economy.","PeriodicalId":411137,"journal":{"name":"Iseedu: Journal of Islamic Educational Thoughts and Practices","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128735393","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
