The use of flexible forms has become a modern tool for human resource management in a changing environment. The concept of flexicurity has been used in European countries for a long time. This study employed the methods of bibliographic analysis VosViewer and Google Trends to investigate issues related to flexible employment policies from three primary perspectives: a) institutional (where the state plays a central role in labor market regulation); b) anti-crisis (implies implementing flexible employment policies in response to economic crises and the efforts of employers to reduce personnel costs); and c) corporate (which focuses on employee needs and corporate social responsibility). Furthermore, modern approaches used in developed countries for implementing flexible employment policies under the concept of flexicurity were analyzed and summarized in a matrix. To do this, the study investigated the difficulty level of these representations with regard to intersemiotic relations. The present study is a qualitative research including Systemic Functional Multimodal Discourse Analysis (SF-MDA). Data obtained from multimodal representations -318 representations from all different grades (5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th)- were analyzed according to the analytical framework which developed in this study regarding the SF-MDA approach. Results showed that teachers generally use primitive forms of multimodal representations. The number of advanced forms of multimodal representations is minimal. Para ello, se planteó un estudio de enfoque metodológico cuantitativo y diseño de investigación no experimental, de tipo transversal. Se compuso una base con datos de 20 097 postulaciones a la Universidad Nacional de la Amazonía Peruana (UNAP), segmentada según las postulaciones se hayan realizado o no durante la pandemia, entre los años 2019 y 2022. Realizamos análisis estadísticos descriptivos y construimos modelos de regresión logística multivariada para estimar el efecto de las variables destacadas por la literatura académica sobre factores que condicionan el ingreso a instituciones universitarias en el Perú. Encontramos que el sexo de los postulantes, el tipo de colegio de procedencia, ser miembro de comunidades indígenas y la modalidad de ingreso son las variables con efectos más fuertes. A total of 16 amputee football players participated in this study. Hand grip strength, back, leg, arm strength, visual reaction, 10-20-30m sprint, flexibility tests, resting heart rate, and maximal heart rate measurements performed at the beginning, mid-season, and the end of the season. Seasonally significant differences were determined in defenders' left-hand grip, back, leg, and arm strength tests, and 10-20-30m sprint test scores. Moreover, seasonal significant differences were found in the test scores of the back, leg, arm strength, right-hand visual reaction, 10-20-30m sprint, and flexibility of midfield players. Significant differences were found in strikers' right- and left-hand grip, back, leg, and arm strength, and 20-30m sprints test mean scores. It was determined that the annual training plan had different positive contributions to the players' physical performance according to their playing positions. The research had 128 psychology students as participants. According to the research, there is a connection between the stage of students' self-regulation and emotional exhaustion, and these connections are significant at p=0.01 and p=0.05. It was found that the higher the level of self-regulation, the lower the stages of emotional exhaustion. There is a significant connection between more planning processes and the resistance stage of emotional exhaustion (r=0.319*, at the p=0.01 level). Considering this fact, it is possible to reduce emotional exhaustion by increasing the level of self-regulation. In addition, there is a significant connection between the self-actualization scale and resistance at 0.321*, P=0.01, stress level at 0.264*, p=0.01, and exhaustion level at 0.418**, p=0.05. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of surveys and methodologies demonstrates that psychology students have various aspects than students studying in other professions. At the same time, new issues that require further resolution have emerged in the research, which require identifying the need to determine the connection between concepts such as self-regulation, self-actualization, and burnout syndrome. Along with various factors, the characteristics of the profession they are studying and future perspectives also have a significant influence on the emotional exhaustion of students. Participaron voluntariamente en la investigación un total de 331 estudiantes (mujeres: 130, hombres: 201) de la Facultad de Ciencias del Deporte de la Universidad Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey ; y se utilizaron el Cuestionario de información personal, el Cuestionario Internacional de Actividad Física y la Escala de Fatiga de Chalder. Los datos recogidos en el estudio se analizaron en el programa estadístico Jamovi (2.0.0) con intervalo de confianza del 95% y nivel de significancia de 0,05. Para analizar los datos se utilizó la prueba t de muestra independiente, la prueba de correlación de Pearson, la prueba de regresión multinomial y el diagrama de dispersión. Las mujeres tuvieron puntuaciones de fatiga total y fatiga física significativamente más altas que los hombres, mientras que los hombres tuvieron puntuaciones totales de MET significativamente más altas que las mujeres (p<0,05). A medida que aumentaron las puntuaciones totales de MET de los participantes, su fatiga total y fatiga mental disminuyeron significativamente (p<0,05). The subject of this research was to investigate the impact of perceived social media marketing activities on brand loyalty. In this research, the researcher seeks to investigate the perceived impact of social media marketing activities and we intend to identify the factors affecting brand loyalty in the social security organization. Because in this research, the study of documents, articles, theses, and various books was used, and in addition, a questionnaire was also used. It can be concluded that this research is a descriptive survey in terms of its nature and method. In this research, the statistical population is based on Morgan's table and the sample size is 384 people. To analyze research data in the inferential statistics section of the Structural equation modelling technique with partial least square (PLS) approach has been used. The results of the research showed that marketing Social media has had a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, brand awareness and value awareness. Los estudios indicaron que mientras más tópicos de comunión se establecen en un acoplamiento diádico, mejor funcionamiento presentará la díada conyugal. El matrimonio mixto, o en yugo desigual tiene un esencial desacuerdo en el aspecto espiritual en la pareja. Es importante entender y definir lo que era el matrimonio en el principio, según el diseño bíblico, para poder comprender, por contraste, lo que es un matrimonio mixto o en yugo desigual, a fin de poder predecir qué consecuencias trae al funcionamiento de la pareja desde la espiritualidad hacia la díada conyugal.
