Moskalova","doi":"10.33577/2312-4458.25.2021.24-29","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33577/2312-4458.25.2021.24-29","url":null,"abstract":"This article indicates the scope of the formula for determining the magnitude of the lateral displacement of the projectile under the action of crosswind, which is used in the compilation of firing tables. \u0000This formula is valid under the following conditions: the force of frontal air resistance to the motion of the projectile is proportional to the its velocity squared; wind speed components are much smaller than the horizontal component of projectile velocity; the projectile velocity projections on the Oy and Oz axes are much smaller than the projections on the Ox axis; the dimensionless coefficient of resistance and the magnitude of the crosswind are constant values. \u0000However, in reality, the force of frontal air resistance to the motion of the projectile is only sometimes proportional to the its velocity squared; the projectile velocity projections on the Oz axis may be are much smaller than the projections on the Ox axis and may even be greater than it; the coefficient of resistance is depends on the value of the Makh number, so it can be considered constant only when shooting at short distances. \u0000The authors propose a mathematical model for determining the magnitude of the lateral displacement of the projectile under the action of crosswinds. It is believed that the force of the crosswind on the projectile depends on the following factors: air density; the maximum area of the longitudinal section of the projectile; the difference between the value of the lateral component of the wind speed and the speed of the lateral displacement of the projectile, which is raised to a certain power. \u0000The magnitude of the values of the lateral displacement of the projectile under the action of the crosswind when shooting at short distances, determined based on the proposed mathematical model, slightly differ from the values of the lateral displacement specified in the firing tables. \u0000However, with increasing firing distance, the difference between these values is constantly increasing and the value of the lateral displacement of the projectile determined theoretically is much larger than indicated in the firing tables. Increased to 75%. However, it was found that the effectiveness of these systems depends on the quality of their equipment. The main factors that are often not taken into account in the acquisition are the possibility, interoperability, stability of each element, the impact of elements on the stability of each other and the functioning of the RVS as a whole. The analysis of recent research and publications has shown that as of today, the approaches to determining the composition of reconnaissance fire systems taking into account these factors are not justified. \u0000Given the above, it was decided to conduct a structural and functional analysis of the reconnaissance fire system and the decomposition of its functions and subsystems. To this end, based on the method of cluster analysis, an algorithm for combining a set of tasks performed by reconnaissance and fire systems into groups has been developed and substantiated. The method of expert evaluation was used to obtain substantiated data on the implementation of such a merger. \u0000According to the proposed algorithm, the main tasks were first identified, which involve reconnaissance and fire systems. Subsequently, an expert group was formed and the coefficient of relative competence of each member of the expert group was determined. The experts were then asked to combine the identified tasks according to their characteristics into an arbitrary number of groups. After processing the opinions of experts, 10 characteristic groups were identified. Finally, the experts were asked to combine the obtained groups in such a way that each association consisted of similar objects and the objects of different associations differed significantly. \u0000The results of the work revealed the functional interconnectedness of the tasks, processes and subsystems of the reconnaissance and fire system. An analysis of known methods that have found wide application in measuring technology, which is designed to determine the technical characteristics associated with the measurement of phase shift during the development, manufacture and operation of weapons. Based on this analysis, it was determined that the measuring systems are designed to determine the phase shift of two harmonic signals in their composition have two channels of information transmission. This architecture of the implementation of measuring systems leads to the fact that a significant impact on the accuracy of the proposed measurement problem, makes a component of the error due to the phase symmetry of the signal transmission channels, as well as internal and external noise. As an alternative approach to solving the measurement problem of determining the phase shift of two harmonic signals, which will significantly reduce the error component due to phase asymmetry of information transmission channels, it is proposed to use the signal obtained by summing harmonic signals after full-wave transformation followed by spectral analysis. In order to implement the above approach, a measurement problem was set to determine the phase shift of two harmonic signals, using spectral analysis of the signal obtained by summing the harmonic signals after their full-wave transformation. A list of assumptions required for the synthesis of analytical relations that establish the relationship between the spectra of phases and amplitudes (power) of the signal obtained by summing harmonic signals after their full-wave transformation and phase shift of two harmonic signals. Analytical relationships are proposed that establish the relationship between the above characteristics. At the same time, the largest labor costs are spent by repair specialists on finding a faulty element. Diagnostic repair support depends on the models used in the development of defect detection algorithms. The most common use of diagnostic models in the form of a graph of information and energy connections, which consists of three types of structures: sequential connection of elements, converging and diverging. The latter did not receive the necessary research. \u0000In the article as a result of research of influence of forms of the graph of information and power communications on indicators of quality of diagnostic maintenance of subsystems of power supply of radio electronic means analytical dependences of quantitative estimation of the controlled variables on average recovery time are received for the first time. This allows to improve the quality of diagnostic support of existing and promising samples during their design. The constructed algorithmic classification tree (model) will unmistakably classify (recognize) the entire training sample (situational objects) according to which the classification scheme is constructed. And have a minimal structure (structural complexity) and consist of components (modules) - autonomous algorithms for classification and recognition as vertices of the structure (attributes of the tree). The developed method of building models of algorithm trees (classification schemes) allows you to work with training samples of a large amount of different types of information (discrete type). Provides high accuracy, speed and economy of hardware resources in the process of generating the final classification scheme, build classification trees (models) with a predetermined accuracy. The approach of synthesis of new algorithms of recognition (classification) on the basis of library (set) of already known algorithms (schemes) and methods is offered. Based on the proposed concept of algorithmic classification trees, a set of models was built, which provided effective classification and prediction of the technical condition of samples. The paper proposes a set of general indicators (parameters), which allows to effectively present the general characteristics of the classification tree model, it is possible to use it to select the most optimal tree of algorithms from a set based on methods of random classification trees. When the temperature changes due to technogenic and natural factors, they are deformed and there are temperature stresses, which are often the cause of their destruction. The magnitude of deformations and stresses depends on the magnitude and temperature gradient, as well as the physical and mechanical characteristics of the metal and the conditions of fixing the structural elements. It is shown that the greatest temperature stresses occur on the side surface of a cylindrical construction. The non-stationary temperature field in the round lamellar elements of engineering constructions, which changes with time, is investigated. Modeling the process of heating the round plates, the boundary conditions of the second kind are taken into account. Using the Laplace transformation, we obtained analytical expressions to study the temperature field and temperature deformations. The stress-strain state of round lamellar constructions with clamped edges due to a non-stationary temperature field is determined.This article proposes the methodology of research of a non-stationary stress-strain state in a cylindrical plate at heating on a side surface. The obtained results allow estimating the stress state at each point of the construction depending on the radius and physical and mechanical characteristics of the material from which the construction is made. The researches have shown that the temperature stresses that occur in plate constructions vary depending on the radius and time. The analysis of graphical researches shows that the destruction of the tank can occur by achieving a critical value of tangential stresses. Quite often, the organization of military formations combat use and enemy fire demage comes to the fore from the whole set of factors.The article considers the possibility of using Lotka-Voltair differential equations in creating a model of combat use of military formations in terms of fire interaction.These equations are widely used in the study of population growth dynamics of biological species under conditions of competition (when both parties are predators). The method minimizes the average recovery time in the process of elimination of multiple defects which result from accidental or combat damage. It consists in a comprehensive consideration of the components of the repair process after preliminary identification of defects at the location of damage and in the estimation of the expected multiplicity of defects. A block diagram of the algorithm for solving of this problem is proposed. The algorithm differs from the known analogs by the account for the probability of correct diagnosis and the metrological reliability of the used measuring equipment. The application of the method at given conditions allows us to quantify the time of implementation of each stage of recovery and to reasonably recommend a redistribution of efforts to minimize the average recovery time of electronic devices with multiple defects. An example of the application of method, illustrating the influence of managed variables on the efficiency of the method, is presented. The use of the obtained results allows one to increase the capability of military repairing service in the recovery of equipment with weak and medium combat damages, either in the field conditions, or at the points of maintenance and repair service.
