Overchuk","doi":"10.33577/2312-4458.21.2019.44-52","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33577/2312-4458.21.2019.44-52","url":null,"abstract":"A generalized methodology for planning of the aerial reconnaissance for the general monitoring of the large areas to the operational-tactical depth is proposed. It is shown that when using unmanned aircraft such a task for them should be considered as extremal. To solve this task for purposes of security it is necessary to use unmanned aircraft that is capable of flying automatically, in radio silence mode. A reconnaissance flight must be performed with periodic intermediate landings. During intermediate landings, the on-board power sources of the unmanned aircraft must be replaced and the captured reconnaissance information must be withdrawn. The inspection of the terrain and a selection of sites for take-offs and landings must be made prior to the start of aerial reconnaissance planning. The methodology of planning operational-tactical aerial reconnaissance consists of three parts. The first part includes the choice of the type of unmanned aircraft on the basis of its flight technical parameters and an assessment of its technical capability to ensure the performance of a non-stop drone flight over a distance of twice the depth of reconnaissance under current climatic conditions. The reduction of discharge capacity of onboard batteries at low temperatures is taken into account. The effect of wind on flight duration is taken into account. The calculation of the wind effect is performed graphically. The second part includes an assessment of the capabilities the optoelectronic systems of the unmanned aircraft to provide the necessary resolution of the captured materials while observing a safe flight altitude. The third part includes the development of a detailed reconnaissance flight route, the calculation of the need for energy resources, and the development of a reconnaissance flight program. Concrete columns are one of the most important elements of such buildings, the failure of which is of great durability. Loss of strength characteristics of the column may occur as a result of the loads caused by the effect of temperature fields. Therefore, research related to the influence of temperature on the supporting elements of structures of military objects, is relevant and of great importance. The non-stationary temperature field in a cylindrical concrete column, which changes over time under high temperatures, is investigated. When modeling the heating process of a column, the boundary conditions of the third kind are taken into account. Using the Laplace transform, we obtained analytical expressions for the research of a temperature field. The stress-strain state of the column with pinched and free ends is determined, which is caused by a non-stationary temperature field, where various values of the heat transfer coefficient between column and the environment were taken into account. One of the most significant causes of increased danger for such structures is uneven heating and changes in the characteristics of strength and deformability of concrete during and after the fire. At the same time it is necessary to solve the issues connected with ensuring sustainable and reliable operation of building structures, including the influence of high temperatures, due to the adoption of appropriate materials or protective coatings. Thus, mathematical modeling of the processes of temperature fields in a stress-strain state of cylindrical structures can significantly increase accuracy of calculations, which contributes to the strength and reliability of engineering structures. Показано, что акустический сигнал БПЛА представляет собой сумму гармоник. Критерием надежного обнаружения таких сигналов есть наличие в принятом сигнале как минимум трех гармонических составляющих. Работоспособность предложенного алгоритма проверена с помощью макета комплекса акустического выявления в реальных условиях. The monitoring of the technical state of the artillery armament of the Armed Forces of Ukraine indicates a sufficient degree of the trunk channels wearing out for a significant number of artillery systems, which directly affects the effectiveness of the fire tasks execution by artillery units. Due to the lack of artillery units provided by artillery ballistic stations, the determination of the change in the initial speed of the shells is usually carried out with the help of gunmeters, and not all artillery systems have tables of dependence on deflection of the initial speed of the projectiles due to the extension of the charging chamber. Taking into account the above, the question of determining the dependence of the deviation of the initial speed of the projectiles due to the extension of the charging chamber is a vital and important task. As an accessible method of determining deflection parameters of initial velocities of shells through the extension of the artillery gun charging chamber, a methodological approach with the use of internal ballistics tables is proposed. The basis of this approach is to take into account the effect of mechanical wearing out on the gun barrel channel to change the initial velocity of the projectile using known tabular dependencies. Input parameters of the methodical approach are: gauge caliber; coefficient of taking into account the depth of cuts; formular length of the charging chamber; volume of charging chamber; full path of the projectile by the trunk channel; the weight of the projectile; maximum pressure of powder gases; weight of powder charge. It is shown that its use significantly reduces the dynamic deflection of the structure, and, on the contrary, its protective properties. The results are based on an analytical analysis of the constructed mathematical model of dynamics of an elastically reinforced upper part of the protective structure under the condition of a shock effect on it of the projectile. Формування кристалітів у склі досягнуто шляхом спеціальної процедури відпалу. Даний метод є значно дешевшим, ніж синтез відповідних монокристалів і забезпечує виготовлення зразків великих розмірів у значних обсягах. Наявність мікрокристалів у скляній матриці підтверджено рентгенодифракційним методом. Виявлено, що склокераміка демонструє сильну термостимульовану люмінесценцію при обробці зразків випромінюванням рентгенівського діапазону. На підставі отриманих результатів надано рекомендації щодо застосування розглянутих методів шифрування.
