Many new branches of branding theory have emerged, and place branding was among them. Actually, place branding has become an umbrella term, a generic definition for three areas of study and practice: nation branding, region branding, and city branding. Every year, new scientific, journalistic, business articles, and books on place branding emerge, there are even several specialized periodicals devoted to this field of branding. This study aims to identify the most relevant and effective symbol of the Ukrainian capital city Kyiv as a tourism brand. Questionnaire surveys and the content analysis of literature and mass media are used. Key segments and sub-segments of the target audience of Kyiv tourism branding are determined, as well as the key factor of influence on the formation of the opinion regarding the tourism symbols of Kyiv. The most common popular symbol is compared with the real resources of the city. Thus, a set of relevances is found appropriate for the development of effective branding of Kyiv.","PeriodicalId":41008,"journal":{"name":"RIVAR-Revista Iberoamericana de Viticultura Agroindustria y Ruralidad","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.5,"publicationDate":"2023-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43254550","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Firstly, the Bulgarian nationality moved, and then Greeks moved. Among the peoples of the Balkan Peninsula, the fate of the Greeks and Bulgarians is typically common for Kazakhstan. The fact that the Balkans people collided with the land of Central Asia was comprehensively influenced by political, economic, and ideological factors. Adapted to the nature and economy of the new region, the Balkan ethnic groups have retained their identity. Today, the fourth generation of these ethnic groups lives in independent Kazakhstan as a fully functioning Diaspora of Balkan people. Problems of their resettlement and arrangement are one of the topics that have not been studied in history despite being one of the most important in migration and resettlement questions of this territory. In this research work the history of Balkan ethnic groups in Kazakhstan was analyzed on the basis of archival and scientific materials.","PeriodicalId":41008,"journal":{"name":"RIVAR-Revista Iberoamericana de Viticultura Agroindustria y Ruralidad","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.5,"publicationDate":"2023-04-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"49134154","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The real nomads were members of the cavalry order who descended from the famous military aristocracy of the nomads. Their musical and poetic world included in the history of military service and culture is a vivid embodiment of nomadic life. The aim of the paper is to formulate the conventional representation of the cultural and spiritual values of the Kazakh people, making a cultural and philosophical analysis of all manifestations of the nomadic people. During the research, a cultural evaluation was given of some ideological, religious-ethical, and storylines dating back to the era of the Ancient Saks, Huns, and Turkic Khaganate that unfolded in Central Asia in the 18-19th and early 20th centuries, the latest manifestations of free thought, the art of the colonised people, the talent of comrades-in-arms, the ancient art of the Kazakh people that has not lost its characterisation based on folk traditions and religious beliefs. Transnational companies (TNCs) are becoming increasingly important in the tourism sector. The purpose of the article is to clarify the significance of the transnationalization of tourism for economic processes throughout the world and in individual countries. To achieve the goal, the article used the methods of analysis and study of statistical data. As a result, it can be noted that the influence of TNCs on the economic sector is considerable, but reciprocal. The economic component of each country determines the level of opportunities for the development of a tourist destination. In the future, tourism will mainly grow in developing destinations. Many of these countries are at least partly dependent on international tourism to support their economic development. TNCs can contribute to the socio-economic development of these countries, for example, through foreign direct investment and transfer of technology and expertise, concluding management contracts or franchising.","PeriodicalId":41008,"journal":{"name":"RIVAR-Revista Iberoamericana de Viticultura Agroindustria y Ruralidad","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.5,"publicationDate":"2023-04-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44422860","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For that, the history of the formation of statehood among the Kalmyks in the Volga region in the XVIIth and early XVIIIth centuries is examined. Many historian researchers have addressed this topic, but nevertheless, many issues of the history of Kalmyk statehood remain controversial. Since the topic of the formation of the Kalmyk statehood has its own understatements and hitherto unexplored areas, the need for its full disclosure is still relevant. In the process of research, different scientific methods were used: The method of diachronic analysis, the method of historical periodization, mental modeling, and also the retrospective method. The policy of the Kalmyk Taishi with the Russian state was a means of achieving stability within the Kalmyk society, an accelerator of the formation of Kalmyk statehood in the Volga region. The research concludes that among the many reasons for the migration of Kalmyks to the Volga region, one can single out the main one: the fact that the Kalmyks felt the need for territorial space to create their sovereign state.","PeriodicalId":41008,"journal":{"name":"RIVAR-Revista Iberoamericana de Viticultura Agroindustria y Ruralidad","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.5,"publicationDate":"2023-02-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"49350366","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
