It has been successfully solved by Zhang et al using zeroing dynamics (ZD) and discretization formulas. In this paper, a type of discrete-time ZD (DT-ZD) model, which is obtained via utilizing ZeaD (Zhang et al Discretization) formula 4IgS_Y, is analyzed and investigated to ensure its stability. Specifically, via theoretical guarantees, we propose the step-length domain, or say, the effective domain of the step-length, which makes the discrete-time model stable. Additionally, we make further efforts to obtain the step-length optimum which provides the optimal stability of the DT-ZD model. Eventually, numerical experiments are performed to validate the step-length domain and the step-length optimum of the DT-ZD model for future minimization.","PeriodicalId":409960,"journal":{"name":"2018 Chinese Control And Decision Conference (CCDC)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126211746","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To a certain extent the variable step size LMS algorithm can solve the conflict between convergence rate and steady-state error. It is difficult for the traditional LMS to solve. A new variable step size LMS adaptive algorithm based on the existing algorithm is proposed in this paper. By using the gradient of the filter coefficient vector W(n) the algorithm accelerates the convergence speed on the basis of ensuring the convergence accuracy. At the same time, the update formula of step size is adjusted to enhance the ability of the algorithm to resist noise interference. Finally, the MATLAB simulation results show that the algorithm has faster convergence speed, smaller steady-state error and better robustness.","PeriodicalId":409960,"journal":{"name":"2018 Chinese Control And Decision Conference (CCDC)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126447782","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The weights of indexes are determined by AHP and entropy weight method. Considering the logical relationship among indexes, the aggregation method is improved, and index system is established reflecting equipment efficiency more accurately. The algorithm of efficiency aggregation based on matrix operation is proposed, which contains the ability of dealing with uncertain information, and the ability of aggregating efficiency of indexes which restrict each other. The evaluation results are visualized by cloud model theory, and the concept of the attraction degree, and the principle of maximum attraction are put forward. The effectiveness of the warning radar under remote support jamming is analyzed, and obtains good results. The feasibility of the improved method is proved. It provides decision basis for performance evaluation of single radar in jamming environment and performance ranking of multiple radars.","PeriodicalId":409960,"journal":{"name":"2018 Chinese Control And Decision Conference (CCDC)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128079455","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

First, update the current setting values of each component and collect the action information of current protection, calculate the support level of each protection to component based on effective protection range. Then, use this support level as the weight of protection action and build merged credible function and merged credible expected function of substation current protection. Finally, merged credible factor is defined as the ratio of these two functions, the faulted component can be identified by the maximum value of merged credible factor. The results of real substation show that faulty component can be identified correctly and rapidly without analog information or synchronized information. Firstly, the Kalman filter is used to eliminate the random NLOS delay caused by locomotives and other irregular devices. Then the parameter fitting method and geometric method are used to restrain the errors caused by the fixed NLOS delay in the locating area. The MATLAB simulation results show that the proposed method has a significant inhibitory effect on TOA positioning error and improves the accuracy of TOA positioning in the mine.","PeriodicalId":409960,"journal":{"name":"2018 Chinese Control And Decision Conference (CCDC)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127937628","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this system, we first identify the power control loop model of CPCC and the process model of the wind turbine generator (WTG), according to the automatic generation control and daily wind farm operating data. Specifically, the process frequency response is estimated using the measured input and output data of the process loop; their transfer functions are obtained by solving least squares with the variables amplitude and phase. Based on above CCPP and WTG models, the improved Internal Model Control (IMC) and optimal feedforward controller methods are then used to design the feedback and feedforward controllers. In comparative study we demonstrate that, the proposed scheme achieves significant improvement in reducing power deviation in the grid caused by the intermittent wind power.","PeriodicalId":409960,"journal":{"name":"2018 Chinese Control And Decision Conference (CCDC)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115932893","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the case that the switching occurs at two consecutive sampling times, such a sampling interval is divided into a pseudo-matched interval and a mismatched interval. The sampling time interval without switching is defined as another pseudo-matched interval. For these intervals, three new functionals are respectively constructed by means of multiple Lyapunov functions, looped functionals and a discontinuous scalar auxiliary function. The proposed functionals do not need to be positive definite, and the jumps of functionals at switching instants are eliminated. Sufficient conditions on exponential stabilization via sampled-data state feedback are established.","PeriodicalId":409960,"journal":{"name":"2018 Chinese Control And Decision Conference (CCDC)","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131942599","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
