The sampling time interval without switching is defined as another pseudo-matched interval. For these intervals, three new functionals are respectively constructed by means of multiple Lyapunov functions, looped functionals and a discontinuous scalar auxiliary function. The proposed functionals do not need to be positive definite, and the jumps of functionals at switching instants are eliminated.
