The educational experiment was conducted with the participation of first-year master's students within the framework of the \"Pedagogy and Psychology\" educational program. The ascertaining tool was the group metacognition scale (GMS) questionnaire. Before the end of the spring 2020 semester the CSU system announced that Fall 2020, and then Spring 2021 courses would be delivered online. During the summer of 2020 online training courses are available to all Faculty and instructors to prepare for online delivery. The courses were developed by curriculum designers and delivered by volunteer faculty with both expertise and comfort in online instruction. At one of the schools in the CSU system 800 instructors signed up to take the course. The purpose of this paper is to understand how faculty implemented teaching practices online after participating in the training provided by the participant university in the summer of 2020. The purpose of this article was to find out the interconnectedness of human resource for reforming practices for sports talent development in secondary school settings. A literature review was considered as a methodology for this article. It was found that effective and efficient sporting talent development (STD) requires the deployment of qualified and competent human resource. Systematic working and time devoutness are required for one to attain and excel to the maximum potential. Sporting talent is complex due to its diversity; therefore, needs investment in human resource with appropriate collaboration with decent connection in working. The commonly needed human resources in STD are administrators, teachers, coaches, trainers, heads of schools, parents, nonteaching staff and service providers. STD demands decent monitoring and collaboration with concerned human resource for the sake of having upright outcomes. Data was collected through an online survey of 355 respondents from public and private institutions of the country. Using Krippendorff's framework, the content analysis revealed the context to justify, think, discuss, give a reason, evaluate, and interpret. The cognitive tasks were checking, explaining, classifying, generalizing, constructing, and implementing. It was established that strategies of posing problems were similar with a given problem, similar with the discussed concept, similar with the given concept, posing questions based on a given concept, and posing questions based on given information. The purpose is to shed light on the processes behind recurring attempts to reform teaching quality since the beginnings of the modern research university to the present day. The development, variation, and also facilitation of quality approaches can be considered as a reaction to major changes in the context of universities, especially with regard to organizational growth. We argue that recurring reform initiatives can be interpreted as continuous, externally motivated self-improvement programs, which simultaneously contribute to communicating externally about quality. Overall, as the discourse on quality in universities intensifies and becomes more differentiated, the topic has increasing taken on a life of its own. Primary data was collected from 203 respondents using a questionnaire with 30 items divided into six constructs. Structural equation modeling using SmartPLS was applied to determine the effects of actors and factors on successful online education. The findings reveal that Website/Apps/Online System and Supporting Tools and Issues have a positive and significant impact on the Role of Teacher (RT), Role of Administration, and Role of Classmates (RC), respectively. Additionally, the RT and RC positively and significantly influence Satisfaction or Intention to continue online education. The emergence of technology has posed several challenges to the entire education system, especially teachers who are direct contact point for the students. Pandemic is another key reason for education to blend digitalization. Digitalization in education has changed the way teachers perceive the entire system of teaching and learning pedagogy. Current study aims towards identifying and analyzing teachers’ perception towards digital pedagogy and their inputs in making the teaching, learning and evaluation process robust and constructive. A sample size for the study is 15 teachers’ who are part of higher education. Descriptive analysis is done and 5-point likert scale is used to understand teachers’ perception towards digital pedagogy and its effectiveness to the students. Drawing on the theoretical framework of cultural intelligence (CQ), this quantitative, causal–comparative study examines the relationship between educational leadership preparation programs and participants’ cultural competence development. Data collected from 546 graduate students at 54 U.S. universities and analyzed using an independent samples t-test revealed no statistically significant difference between program starters’ and program completers’ aggregate CQ, cognitive CQ, and metacognitive CQ. Program completers had significantly lower levels of motivational CQ and behavioral CQ than program starters .
