However, there is an issue with networks set up using such services, in that they do not allow multicast routing and any attempts to set up such a network are hampered because of security related issues that prevent packets moving across subnets in a public cloud. One can bypass such restrictions by using a central server in the AWS cloud as a multicast router to route packets and simulate a multicast network. However, an issue with such an approach is how best to perform load balancing, which includes hot addition and deletion, in the network. In this paper, we present a novel solution to the problem of load balancing in an AWS network where multicast is not supported. We then present the results of some tests on the system to show that the multicaster works on the AWS as well as performs load balancing with different mechanisms including hop and chain. Blood glucose measurement is a vital task to manage diabetes. The available technologies for blood glucose measurement are both painful and costly. A microwave sensor can be used for the non-invasive determination of blood glucose levels. As the step towards developing a non-invasive blood glucose measurement based on microwave, a sensor is designed and tested with aqueous glucose. A Sonnet Microwave Simulation Studio Suite v 13.52 is used for the design and simulation of sensor. Three types of sensor namely ring resonator, a microwave single spiral ring resonator and double spiral resonator are designed and simulated. Voltage collapse can be simply described by insufficient reactive power support to the load bus. Three Phases to ground fault is applied in predominant Induction motor load bus for voltage collapse analysis. Due to fault, chaotic behavior is present in power system network during fault time interval. The effect of Post Fault Clearing Time [PFCT] of the system after facing the fault, to prevent permanent voltage collapse has been analyzed with and without SVC. A simple method is used for analyzing the phase-plane trajectory. The Phase-Plane trajectory is calculated from the computer simulation waveform data. The first N users are accommodated within a code subspace, which is an antipodal orthogonal Hadamard Sylvester (HS) matrix. In contrast, the rest (M-N) number of users are assigned with an orthogonal ternary subset. The proposal aims at the existence of orthogonal derived subset, which if replaced with the quasi orthogonal sequences of O/O CDMA can achieve significant improvement in error performance without any further increase in receiver complexity. The proposed signature matrix has a maximum achievable overloading capacity of 150%. The overall decoding process involves two stages of matched filters (MF) for each subset followed by an intermediate stage of interference cancellation. This paper proposes an efficient and reliable soft-computing technique based on differential evolution (DE) method to solve the RPD problem. Classical DE sometimes suffers from the problem of slow convergence. In this paper a new modified DE is employed to settle the RPD control variables. RPD optimizes power system losses by controlling the reactive power control variables such as generator voltages, transformer tap-settings and other sources of reactive power like capacitor banks and provides better system voltage control. Thus, it improves voltage profile, system security, power transfer capability and overall system operation. As a test case standard IEEE 118-bus system is considered. Simulation results based on the proposed approach are compared with other reported evolutionary techniques in the literature. Significant challenges faced by utilities are due to various issues such as legacy of distinct names given to the same power system resource, data silos within different power system applications referring to common network resources and multiple points of data entry. Besides, at an interconnected multi regional network operation, every regional operator responsible for authorizing their internal network model. Such a decentralized model authority scenario realizes ease of managing and monitoring complex power networks. Despite having these advantages, due to having predefined local IDs of power system resources in the internal network models, model merging and splitting are cumbersome while exchanging their models across other regions. These challenges are more prominent in complex power system networks like largely interconnected Indian power grid. Indian power grid is now moving towards adopting CIM framework at regional control centers. This paper presents a comprehensive literature survey on CIM implementations and its practices at power utilities. This paper proposed the fast processed method for speech signal enhancement, which is the second order implementation of the fast adaptive Kalman filtering. This proposed method improves the processing time of conventional second order adaptive Kalman filter as well as output SNR as compared to the fast adaptive Kalman filter. The Kalman filter's conventional algorithm uses defferent matrix operations to perform speech enhancement. These matrix operations increases the processing time and reduces the adaptability property of Kalman filter as well. Second order Adaptive Kalman Filter improves output SNR of conventional Kalman Filter, but this method almost doubles the matrix operation and further increases the performance time. This paper proposes the Fast Adaptive Second Order Kalman Filter, which reduced processing time of conventional second order Kalman Filter with effective output SNR. The proposed algorithm is a listless variant of improved color set partitioning embedded block coding (CSPECK) algorithm. The inter-dependency among color planes is exploited by using novel clustering arrangement of luminance and chrominance subbands. This facilitate to encode simultaneously inter and intra subbands of luminance and chrominance components located at the same spatial locations in a hierarchical wavelet arrangement. This technique shows a significant improvement of peak-signal-to-noise-ratio (PSNR) values in most of the standard color images and videos at lower bit rates.
