Konsep ini berkembang di Indonesia sejak IFC (International Finance Corporation) bekerjasama dengan GBCI (Green Building Council Indonesia) untuk membuat parameter dalam upaya memotivasi bangunan untuk mencapai rancangan dan performa yang berkelanjutan. Dalam perancangan ruang belajar komunal Puri Anjali yang berada di Kediri, Jawa Timur ini perancang berupaya untuk mengimplementasikan konsep arsitektur hijau, dimana perancang berupaya untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan pengguna, menggunakan sumber daya energi dan pemakaian lahan yang efisien, serta meminimalisir dampak negatif terhadap lingkungannya. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk menjelaskan proses perancangan ruang komunal mulai dari identifikasi masalah pada lahan hingga implementasi konsep arsitektur hijau berdasarkan parameter GBCI. Dalam memberikan solusi terhadap rancangan, penulis mengolaborasikan metode penelitian kualitatif (studi literatur, studi preseden, studi tapak dan wawancara) dalam menerapkan parameter GBCI dan melakukan proses desain Zeisel ( imaging, presenting dan testing ) untuk memperoleh rancangan yang konstekstual. This paper presents the results of a survey questionnaire conducted among Contractors, Clients and PMC. Data was analyzed with statistical tools to rank factors that influenced construction delays. From the results of the analysis there were 58 project delay factors that affected the delay of construction projects based on previous research. The project delay factors ranked so as to produce a project delay ranking sequence. Project delay factors will be grouped based on the perception of the Contractor, Client and PMC. Each project delay factor will be analyzed based on the type of delay factor, namely: Finance; Technical; and Coordination. It is concluded that the type of delay factor \"finance\" is a problem causing the project delay according to the perception of the \"Client\". While the type of \"Technical\" delay factor is the dominant cause of involvement according to the Contractor and PMC. For the type of delay factor \"Coordination\" is the main consideration for the cause of the project delay for the Contractor. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of UTAUT and IRT factors on digital fishery platform acceptance. The study was conducted in the provinces of Banten and West Java using a convenience sampling technique. The data collected were 240 samples, consists of 151 samples from Banten province, and 89 samples from West Java province. The results of the study prove that three UTAUT factors, namely performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence significantly affect the intention to use digital platforms. Three IRT factors have a significant effect on resistance to using digital platforms. However, this study also shows low resistance and high acceptance on the digital fishery platform, so that the effect of resistance on the intention to use digital fishery platforms is proven to be negative and significant. The novelty of this research is the combination of UTAUT and IRT theory on digital platform acceptance. The practical benefits of this research can be used as a basis for decision-making to build a digital fishery platform that will benefit marine fish consumers and fishermen. For this reason, the road segment for Tele - Pangururan - Nainggolan - Onan Runggu - Lagundi - Tomok - Ambarita - Pangururan was implemented and plans to build the Tano Ponggol Bridge in Pangururan District, Samosir Regency as land access to Samosir Island. The government plans to replace the Tano Ponggol bridge as well as make it a landmark for Pangururan Tourism City. The local wisdom approach to the bridge design is put on the concept of kinship which is owned by all ethnic groups around the Lake Toba area. The principles of the kinship concept in Batak culture are: Dalihan Na Tolu: elek marboru, somba marhula hula, and manat mardongan tubu. These three principles are manifested in the design of a three-legged bridge. If the profitability higher and more assignable profit there and it is the higher value of the firm. Purpose of this study to analyze how the impact of Managerial Ownership, Leverage, Profitability on the firm value. The population take from companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2015 - 2019. The population taking from property, real estate and building construction. This research method using for this study is a purposive sampling with multiple of regression analysis. The result of this research are managerial ownership affects the value of the firm, leverage does not affect the value of the firm and profitability affects on value of the firm. The simultaneous of managerial ownership, leverage and profitability have no significant on firm value. This study’s Implication will support for stakeholder theory that management as an agent must develop a relationship with stakeholders by embarking on environmental friendly practice to maintain a positive value. The image of the musician can also showed from the album cover design. This research specifically focused on visual design of Glenn Fredly's record album 'Romance Into the Future', qualitative method approach is used in this research by using of visual analysis. Analysis is done by describing the design elements and the design principles applied to the album cover, in addition, the analysis is also obtained by doing a comparison of the visuals of Glenn Fredly's previous album. This research is useful to review album cover design with a visual approach that applied the principles of graphic design. Keywords: Album Cover Design , Glenn Fredly , Pop Music Abstrak — Desain sampul album rekaman merupakan medium visual dari musisi kepada audiens. Citra musisi juga dapat terbentuk dari apa yang ada pada desain sampul album tersebut. Penelitian ini secara khusus fokus membahas visual desain sampul album rekaman Glenn Fredly ‘Romansa Ke Masa Depan’ sebagai bahan analisis, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan cara analisis visual. Analisa dilakukan dengan menjabarkan elemen desain dengan prinsip desain yang diterapkan pada sampul album ini, selain itu, analisa juga diperoleh dengan melakukan perbandingan dari visual album terdahulu Glenn Fredly. Penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk mengkaji desain sampul album dengan pendekatan visual yang sesuai dengan kaidah prinsip desain grafis.
