TJA is one of the importer companies that has a variety of electronic products and is a supplier and distributor of cleaning service tools and various cleaning tools. This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation and brand image on customer interest which has an impact on purchase decisions for PT TJA's products. Sources of data used for research are secondary data and primary data. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents and through literature review. The independent variables are product innovation and brand image, the mediating variable is customer interest and the dependent variable is purchase decisions. The method of analysis in this study uses linear regression analysis with SPSS 22. Total respondents in this study is 140 folks, all respondents had made purchases and used products which were sold by PT TJA. Sita","doi":"10.36262/widyakala.v9i2.570","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36262/widyakala.v9i2.570","url":null,"abstract":"Previous research has shown that musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are one of the barriers for women to adopting tea-picking mechanization technology. Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are defined as a group of injuries that affect the musculoskeletal system including nerves, tendons, muscles, and supporting structures. MSDs are also referred to as injuries due to overactivity or from using a device excessively. Some research results significantly show that gender greatly affects the level of risk of autonomic complaints and that women are more likely to show musculoskeletal symptoms than men. This study examines the comparison of musculoskeletal disorders due to the use of tea picking machines for male and female pickers.  Data collection on musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) complaints was carried out using the Nordic Body Map instrument, in the form of an open questionnaire by interviewing mechanical tea pickers directly. From the data obtained, the average difference in scores for male mechanical tea pickers is 5.3 while the average difference in scores for female mechanical tea pickers is 9. This means that the average female mechanical tea pickers experience musculoskeletal complaints 70% more height than male mechanical tea pickers. MSDs complaints comparison between male and female tea pickers with NBM measurement is 5:9. In conclusion, female mechanical tea pickers suffer from MSDs almost twice as much as males. One of the digital platforms, Outofsight.id, functions as a medium of information try to solve the problem. For this reason, this study aims to determine the Management of Digital Platforms as Autoimmune Information Media. The research method used is a case study with qualitative analysis techniques. Researchers conducted data analysis based on Flow Analysis Models. The result of this research is that the management of Autoimun's digital platform starts from planning by conducting research, classifying content themes and topics, and visualizing messages. And the final stage is an evaluation that is carried out in general on each content in the information media. Managers should apply one of the four steps of public relations, namely by defining problems through media monitoring. In planning the information media, public categorization should be carried out, the public analysis should also pay attention to aspects of opinion leaders and key publics. In managing messages, several components of brand identity can be elaborated so that they can support the purpose of managing information media, namely increasing public awareness.
