TJA is one of the importer companies that has a variety of electronic products and is a supplier and distributor of cleaning service tools and various cleaning tools. This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation and brand image on customer interest which has an impact on purchase decisions for PT TJA's products. Sources of data used for research are secondary data and primary data. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents and through literature review. The independent variables are product innovation and brand image, the mediating variable is customer interest and the dependent variable is purchase decisions. The method of analysis in this study uses linear regression analysis with SPSS 22. Total respondents in this study is 140 folks, all respondents had made purchases and used products which were sold by PT TJA. 摘要

PT. TJA是一家拥有多种电子产品的进口商公司,是清洁服务工具和各种清洁工具的供应商和分销商。本研究旨在分析产品创新和品牌形象对顾客兴趣的影响,顾客兴趣对PT TJA产品购买决策的影响。用于研究的数据来源是次要数据和主要数据。本研究的数据是通过向被调查者发放问卷和文献综述的方式获得的。其中自变量为产品创新和品牌形象,中介变量为顾客兴趣,因变量为购买决策。本研究的分析方法采用SPSS 22软件进行线性回归分析。本次调查的受访者总数为140人,所有受访者都曾购买和使用过PT TJA销售的产品。本研究结果表明,所有变量都对购买决策有影响。
