The imbalance in energy intake could lead to triggering an excess nutritional status. The purpose of the study was to analyze the association between fast-food consumption and physical activity on the nutritional status of students during the Covid-19 pandemic. A cross-sectional study with accidental sampling among 84 students at one of the private Universities located in East Jakarta was conducted. The data were nutritional status, fast-food consumption, and physical activity. Statistical analysis was a chi-square test. Almost one-third of students were overweight (29,8%), more than half of them had low physical activity levels (51,2%) and frequently consumed fast-food (57,2%). Both fast food consumption and physical activity were not different between students with a normal nutritional status and overweight during the Pandemic (p-value>0,05). This concluded that the trend of consuming fast food while performing low physical activity occurred not only for those with overweight but those who have normal nutritional status.","PeriodicalId":408003,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmiah Kesehatan (JIKA)","volume":"204 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133999471","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Meanwhile, the Indonesia Basic Health Research in 2013 results show that the prevalence of mental-emotional disorder was approximately 6% in each of the different provinces. This study aims to detect the prevalence of mental-emotional disorders symptoms in pregnant women and examine the relations with age, education, occupation, number of children ownership, MUAC (Mid-Upper Arm Circumference), and blood pressure. This is an analytical observational study conducted using a cross-sectional design on pregnant women that participated in antenatal examination visits to health facilities. The location was 60 Private Delivery Centers, 244 Public Health Centers, and 259 Hospitals. The sampling site was carried out in three different places, which focused on three areas of South Sulawesi in Makassar, Maros, and Pangkep. The pregnant woman within the age range of 20-35 years shows 71,3% with a p-value=0,080 having mental-emotional disorder symptoms and 71,5% of mothers with less than two children predominantly experienced mental-emotional disorders symptoms with a p-value=0,078. Hence, it is important to address this issue because the mental and emotional problems in pregnant women can potentially lead to adverse effects, both for the women and the baby.","PeriodicalId":408003,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Ilmiah Kesehatan (JIKA)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115409455","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aimed to analyze the effect of health interventions with video tutorials on food security and family nutrition knowledge during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was an experimental study with a group pre and post-test design with a sample of 70 people. This research was carried out in 4 villages in Tasikmalaya City, namely Sukahurip Village, Sumelap Village, Sukamaju Kidul Village, and Cipedes Village with several samples. The intervention in this study was the provision of video tutorials on how to obtain food needs through planting in polybags and cultivating budikdamber which were published on youtube and distributed via WhatsApp to the public. Based on the Paired Sample T-test Dependent test between pretest and posttest scores, p-value=0,000 (p-value<0,05), it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between knowledge about family food security before and after being given a video. Giving videos affects increasing subjects knowledge. This study aimed to analyze the disparity of food consumption patterns of the population of Banten Province based on the typology of the region and the administrative area of Banten Province. The research method was an explorative study with a retrospective study approach using secondary data, namely the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) Banten Province 2017. This type of data was collected on the food consumption of the population presented in the form of a table of the average quantity of food consumption per commodity in household order units per capita / week. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively by descriptive methods. The results of the study, namely the quantity of food consumption of the population of Banten Province, showed a disparity based on regional typology where the average energy consumption of food for households in rural areas was still higher, namely 2404 Kcal compared to urban areas, which was 2338 Kcal and was dominated by food sources of grains. The average energy consumption of the population in the regency area is 2315 - 2489 kcal/capita/day while the urban area is 2294 – 2406 kcal/capita/day.
