From the research that has been carried out previously, there has not been much research on music that examines the interpretation of al Misbah by Quraish Shihab. The methodology applied is a qualitative approach, which aims to understand and explain specific meanings, phenomena, or ideas, different from quantitative approaches, which focus on statistics. This research uses a type of research library research (library research) using library sources. This research is qualitative research that explains descriptively using two data sources, namely primary and secondary. The primary source in this research is Tafsir al-Misbah, written by Quraish Shihab. Secondary data sources in this research come from books and journals relevant to the research theme. The data that has been collected is then analyzed carefully using thematic interpretation theory. The main findings show that the analysis of the verses used as the evidence or basis for the prohibition of music in the interpretation of al Misbah can be concluded that no verses expressly prohibit music. Based on the explanation above, the words \"lahw al-hadith\" in Surah Luqman verse 6 are one of the bases for the ulama who prohibit singing. This work also provides new nuances for the advancement of the field of education in general, and the field of character education, in particular. The characteristics of the Prophet such as honesty, trustworthiness, responsibility, patience, social care, peace-loving, forgiving, religious, fair, and having a very, very good leadership spirit can be a minimum benchmark for students' character graduation in pursuing education. Through this article, the researchers explain the relevance of the material in the Islamic Cultural History (SKI) subject with the Khulāṣah book as the main aim of the research. This research uses two methods, namely literature and textology. One way to retain employees in an organization requires increasing Employee Engagement, workload, and job satisfaction with employee performance. This research aims to identify key factors that influence employee performance from a subjective point of view and investigate how POB indicators and DCS aspects are reflected in employee experiences. This research design uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, research data is collected through in-depth interviews with employees so that conclusions can be obtained as a result of the research. The results of this research indicate that Employee Engagement has important value in improving employee performance. Employees who feel involved, have control in carrying out their work and feel valued by the organization tend to be more motivated and committed to making maximum contributions. On the other hand, excessive workload can have a negative impact on employee performance, causing stress, fatigue, and decreased productivity. However, if the workload is balanced with adequate control, optimal performance can be achieved. Job satisfaction plays an important role in improving employee performance. Employees who feel satisfied with their jobs tend to be creative, innovative and have a high level of commitment to the organization. TPB is a research model consisting of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control variables. SEP and Islamic financial literacy variables are included as factors that can also influence an individual's decision to invest. The research method used is quantitative, employing survey techniques and questionnaires as data collection tools. The research is conducted in the DKI Jakarta area, with respondents who are residents of DKI Jakarta. Hypothesis testing is done using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with multiple regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that attitudes towards behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and support for environmental protection significantly influence the intention to invest in green sukuk. Slaughterperson competence has been regulated in SKKNI No. 196 of 2014 concerning Indonesian national work competency standards for the categories of agriculture, forestry and fisheries, main groups of livestock support services in the field of halal animal slaughter. However, what happens between understanding the material during training and practice in the field is not easy to implement. This study aims to explore the understanding gaps of halal butchers about the critical points of halal slaughter in poultry at UD Dragon Broiler, Bantul and Sinar Raya Abadi, Sleman. The research method used was qualitative through observational data collection techniques and direct interviews with the butchers in charge of slaughtering at the slaughterhouse. The method used in this research is research and development. The procedure used is the development model according to Borg & Gall which is adapted to the needs of researchers. The Borg & Gall development procedures are potential and problems, data collection, product design and design validation. The validation instrument used in this research was the booklet media validation sheet. Validation was carried out by five validators consisting of two biology education lecturers and three high school biology teachers. The validation results were then analyzed using the Lawshe formula. From the Lawshe formula, we use a validation sheet which is equipped with assessment criteria which can be seen in the validated results and discussion section. This research shows that the booklet media on biodiversity material is declared valid. Current Islamic education is rarely linked to the brain framework or neuroscience. Meanwhile, from one side, according to Pasiak, the school itself follows neuroscience related to efforts to improve students' brains. Call it the accelerated learning hypothesis, quantum learning, the brain being put together advances thus. Despite these problems, Islamic teaching today is considered more as an exchange of information, underscoring the achievement of mental domination. The aim of this research is to examine in more depth the role and function of the brain in humans. More specifically, how the brain is used as the basis for character education carried out by educators so that the education carried out is successful as expected. This research attempts to examine this problem from an Islamic perspective. This exploration is a subjective examination in the context of writing a survey. This research uses literature research that discusses the importance of the topic and compares the results with findings in other research on similar topics and ultimately produces an idea. To obtain data the author used sources found in libraries such as books, journals and the internet.
