However, it is still difficult to obtain adequate healthcare services in Indonesia. Many of Indonesian have chosen to seek treatment in neighboring countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia. As a result, a lot of foreign exchange flows into those countries. Such problems exist in health support efforts. The scarcity of human resources, especially in the field of highly capable nursing, is a field that will be cultivated by the Summit. The other problems in the field of nursing training make it necessary for the Summit to be clever in integrating strategies, the business processes with the use of information system and technology. The variety of competition and tight government regulations forced the Summit to continue to exist and to be able to compete in the future using information systems and technology. For this reason, Summit uses the EA3 Enterprise Architecture Framework approach so that challenges can be overcome while taking advantage of opportunities and gaining competitive advantage. The low level of SMEs knowledge on IT Governance results in a low level of effectiveness of IT use in SMEs so that organizations cannot evaluate the benefits of using IT in organizations - research methods carried out through observation to the SMEs about the use of IT to support business processes and evaluate the effectiveness of IT use. The results of this research are training models for SMEs to implement IT Governance or Information Technology Governance Training SME (ITGTSme). Practical implications are the resulting training models that can be used for SMEs to gain knowledge about the implementation of IT governance through training. Community participation was considered as a key to the success of the concept in practice. This study aimed in exploring the community participation in developing zero-waste city, through promoting zero-waste lifestyles. In collaborating with the NGO, local government supported the program on facilitators training that assisted community on waste handling. Consequently, facilitators as peer education in fostering behavior changed on waste handling, thus communication and collaboration among facilitators encouraged them in developing various inventive programs in raising waste handling literacy, awareness, and participation in the program. The facilitators used the WhatsApp group as a channel of communication and information sharing because the application enables wider space to share the idea of creation in raising community awareness of waste handling. Focusing to answer the research question of how the WhatsApp group supported the effectiveness of zero waste literacy among facilitators in the project area of zero waste place, this study used netnography to explore the answer. Conversation analysis conducted to complete the netnograpic in figuring out the social relations among facilitators. The result showed that the members of the group could be both a speaker and a receiver at the same time. The member of the discussion could respond to the various topic simultaneously also without a missing point of the conversation. The research method used in data collection is literature study and indirect observation. The application development method uses the system development life cycle method with the waterfall model. This model uses a systematic and sequential approach that starts at the level of requirement to the level of maintenance. This application is based on Android developed with the Java programming language.
