In this study, the method of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used to test the relationship between the variables (Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude towards Usage and Behavioral Intention to Use). This study data was obtained through interviews, literature reviews and questionnaires from a total of 129 respondents who were users of ESS systems using regression sampling and the data was analyzed using SmartPLS. The analysis shows positive and significant results from the four hypotheses.
