The development of most cutting-edge technologies designed for the automotive industry to improve safety and efficiency lies in the integration of Artificial- Intelligence assisted technology with the Internet of Things (IoT). This system suggests a model that can identify vehicle crashes based on tracked speeds and notify nearby police stations. With GPS, we can track a car's velocity and evaluate it against other cars' speeds. There are no error-monitoring features in place to prevent mishaps from happening on this system. One of the real-world engineering problem that we are going to solve is the antenna synthesis problem. The antenna synthesis problem involves designing an antenna that meets specific performance criteria. Meta-heuristics optimization algorithms are a group of algorithms particularly suited for solving optimization problems, such as the antenna synthesis problem. One that type of algorithm is the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, which is more efficient in optimizing various antennas, including linear, planar, and conformal antennas. In summary, meta-heuristics optimization algorithms, such as the PSO algorithm, provide an effective means for solving the antenna synthesis problem by searching the solution space for optimal solutions. These algorithms can be applied to various antennas and can optimize parameters, such as geometry and material properties, to achieve specific performance criteria.","PeriodicalId":407488,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd International Conference on Vision Towards Emerging Trends in Communication and Networking Technologies (ViTECoN)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122971509","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It offers a different complementary framework for quality assessment based on the CNN under the premise that human visual perception is highly adapted for obtaining structural information from a scene. When an image is compared to its own blurry image, the CNN algorithm's goal is to offer information on the image's clarity. It uses the FFT results and the individual picture sharpness values for this. When contrasted against a blurry version of itself, the CNN algorithm's goal is to reveal information about the image's clarity. This will be done by using the sharpness values for each image as well as the FFT values for the photos. It is practical to use the Fast Fourier Transform technique. FFT is a tool for image processing that may represent an image in the spatial and Fourier domains. The image is thus represented by the FFT in both real and fictitious components. Thiscan-do image processingoperations like blurring, edge detection, thresholding, texture analysis, and even blur detection, by looking at these numbers.","PeriodicalId":407488,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd International Conference on Vision Towards Emerging Trends in Communication and Networking Technologies (ViTECoN)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129593262","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the challenges in clinical diagnosis of MS lies in its close similarity to another type of brain auto-immune disease known as neuromyelitis optica (MNO). Hence, various researchers are looking into the development of computer-aided differential diagnosis (CADD) of MS vs. MNO. Generally, the development of the CADD, involves image pre-processing, feature extraction, statistical analysis and training and testing of the classification model. The focus of this paper is on the 2 critical pre-processing steps prior to classification of MS vs. MNO, namely skull stripping and lesion segmentation. In particular, both skull stripping and brain lesion segmentation are tested with a popular semantic segmentation technique, DeepLabV3. For comparison, a recently published technique, SynthStrip from FreeSurfer [1], developed by Harvard University is also tested for brain extraction / skull removal. Similarly for segmentation of brain lesions, Lesion Segmentation Tool in SPM Toolbox is tested and compared. The results from this study provides insight on what are the appropriate pre-processing techniques for the development of an reliable automatic differential diagnosis tool for multiple sclerosis conditions.","PeriodicalId":407488,"journal":{"name":"2023 2nd International Conference on Vision Towards Emerging Trends in Communication and Networking Technologies (ViTECoN)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128980312","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Virtual machine placement is solitary of major challenging problems in cloud infrastructure organization. It introduces problems such as excessive energy consumption by physical machines and greenhouse effect. Most cloud servers consume only about 11% to 50% of their total resources. A study based upon the different methods responsible for achieving energy efficient cloud computing was conducted. Many algorithms like the First Fit-Decreasing Algorithm and the Modified Ant Colony Optimization have been discovered to achieve energy efficient virtual machine placement but the consumption rate is still high. An algorithm based upon the Ant Colony System approach was analyzed. This, combined among Order Exchange and Migration confined look for technique, resulted the Communication Ant Colony System. It helps in assigning virtual equipment to suitable hosts. In this manuscript, we discuss the working and implications of the Order Exchange and Migration Ant Colony System.
