An algorithm based upon the Ant Colony System approach was analyzed. This, combined among Order Exchange and Migration confined look for technique, resulted the Communication Ant Colony System. It helps in assigning virtual equipment to suitable hosts. In this manuscript, we discuss the working and implications of the Order Exchange and Migration Ant Colony System. It is applied to numerous Virtual Machine Placement problems under different circumstances using the Clouds simulator.
