In order to improve the knowledge about RF technologies, security system have been created, which increases the number of applications used in these days. This design utilizes light sensors as the end device for detecting any changes of resistance. The results show that the designed system can send and receive data until 100 meters of distance between module sides (receiver-transmitter). Digital economy is contributing to the polarization of the workspace in different countries. Digitization in the workplace has led to a significant increase in the demand for highly qualified people in specific branches of technical knowledge, to meet the requirements of the new technologies applied to the labour market. It has also impact on job losses and the emergence of new occupations. Furthermore, it supposed a greater demand for digital skills in recent years. One of the fundamental pillars when considering or evaluating the impact of new technologies in every community, is the human capital, for this reason, continuous training has positioned itself as a requirement to face the needs and conditions for improving employability and increasing the differential value in work teams. This almost immediate implementation, without training or training employees, has generated numerous dysfunctions in companies and in teleworkers themselves. It is time to implement teleworking as a regular work activity for many workers and companies and to do so by maximizing the benefits and minimizing the inconveniences generated by teleworking. All of this leads us to understand that the hierarchical structure of companies must be changed and based on new models based on the network company. As a support mechanism for teachers in the face of the radical change from physical presence to virtual presence, two courses were designed by the School of Pedagogy of the Universidad Panamericana: the first on Instructional Design and the second on didactic tools that enhance interaction and revitalization of classes. The summer of 2020 was the ideal time to train and prepare teachers in the instructional design of online classes because, although the educational model of the university is face-to-face, the circumstances and health limitations forced a strategic change to carry on with the quality that characterizes the institution. The challenge was to teach 2,500 teachers and 28,000 students to use the Virtual Campus (Moodle), videoconferencing, and multimedia generation tools in a week. The approach was to produce video-tutorials, webinars and mainly a set of social-driven forums in the VLE Moodle. This way the University was able to continue its activity in a timely manner. Teachers promptly started to use all these tools that were previously almost unused. However, the data raised by online search engines is based on a varied and massive environment, which includes varied data and from different sources of information. Indeed, in the field of distance education (e-Learning) and in particular during online research, the learner is faced with a massive mixture of data which does not exist in an ordered format and which is not easy to operate. This variety of data represents the second V in Big Data. In order to support learners in their search for information, it is proposed to design a specialized tool to combine these massive and varied data so that they can provide the appropriate result to the learner.
