Methods: To achieve this objective, we assess the levels of MAS for 60 elite male volleyball players (ages 22 to 25 years with +5 years' experience in elite championships). Tested by volleyball Alberta tests and standing triple jump and T agility tests to estimate the effect of coordination abilities on players body adaptations to recover from the high-intensity and fatiguing actions as a result of levels of endurance. Results: Backup on statistics applied, centred on MAS levels as protocol. We confirmed that a high-level of MAS enhanced skills fitness. Admitted by the inverse correlation between the levels of MAS in compares with speed, power and explosive abilities. In the benefits of players with elevated levels of MAS as a beneficial condition to improve skills fitness (Serve-attack/Spike/Block) among volleyball players. \u0000Conclusion: our protocol support the development of MAS at 4 + (m/s). Agreed as minimal components of physical condition allied to neuromuscular system adaptations, which permit players not only to improve their speed and power components. The data was collected with usage of a self-designed questionnaire. The study included pain assessment according to the VAS scale, Zohlen’s test, rectus femoris muscle test. Results: There is statistically significant correlation between the grade of degenerative changes and age (p<0.0001), and the size of the body mass index (p=0.0098). With the increase of the degenerative changes grade, the percentage of patients with the positive result of Zohlen’s test, and with the positive result of the quadriceps muscle test increases significantly (p=0.0001). Also, it is observed more frequent (p<0.0001) presence of the fluid in case of the III and IV grades of degeneration. With the increase of degeneration grade of cartilage, intensification of pain symptoms, measured in the VAS scale, significantly (p=0.0083) increases. Statistically significant (p=0.0001) relationship was also observed between the presence of fluid in the joint and the result of the quadriceps muscle function test (with the presence of the fluid, the percentage of patients with the positive test result increases). Conclusions: 1. Degenerative changes of femoropatellar joint cartilage affect quadriceps muscle dysfunction. 2. Pain symptoms of femoropatellar joint cause motion deformity of the knee joint. 3. Increased amount of the joint fluid is related with a higher grade of the joint degeneration.","PeriodicalId":406704,"journal":{"name":"Pedagogy and Psychology of Sport","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-02-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121386205","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a very important rule in the sport of karate is to start the physical exercising at the youngest age possible in order to stimulate the development of those motor skills which are specific to the sport. As for its implementation, this study has a transversal empirical character, which means that the measurements of the motor skills are done over a specific time period. The sample was defined as students of the age of 12 from the Middle School “Selami Hallaqi” Gjilan. In this research have been included 90 students, or two groups with 45 students each. The first group is consisted of students who except for the regular two hours per week of physical education classes have also exercised the sport of karate two more times a week, an hour a day. While, the second group is consisted of a student who besides the regular two times a week of physical education have also exercised football two more times, one hour per day. Measurements were made at the end of the school year. 9 motor variables were applied (Kurelić et al. 1975), running in 20 meters (MT20V), long jump from the place (MSKDM), high jump from the place (MSKVM), hand taping (MTRUK), leg walk ( MTNOG), eight with bowing(MOSPR), running sideways (mtrs) bowing ahead in the bank (MFLPRK), legs spread sideways-retaliation (MFLSP). For the processing of the result it was applied the analysis of t-test for independent samples. The basic statistical parameters of the results obtained in the two groups involved in the research show that the values obtained do not have an outlined asymmetry and incline to the lowest ones (hypo cortical). Analysis of the t-test for independent sample obtained shows that differences in all variables between groups were statistically significant. The changes obtained from the students involved in karate section show that specific exercises applied in the training of karate have helped to improve the moor tasks to a large extent, which is confirmed by a statistically significant difference between young karate sportsman and footballers (p <0.001). These results suggest that different applying different training methods can be achieved different effects on motor latent space, which are confirmed in the research Šekeljič and Stamatovic, (2010). the exercises applied to karate sportsmen during the training sessions have significant impact on the development of those physical skills that are important basis for achieving results in any sport. The first part contains literature review in the field of service quality and the satisfaction as its important factor. Afterwards, the results of empirical research have been presented. Anonymous survey was conducted among customers of small medical service enterprises. The questionnaire regarding the significance assessment of chosen determinants of satisfaction, which respondents made using Likert scale, indicated that particular factors influence the quality and satisfaction of medical service provided by small enterprises to a different extent. Abstract Introduction and purpose of the work. In the literature quality and service quality are defined as complex, heterogeneous issues that are difficult for unequivocal characteristic. Multiplicity of scientific descriptions causes both the difficulty to use the resources of literature and the multitude of gaps contained in it. For the needs of this study determinants of quality and satisfaction, medical services, small enterprises, and customer’s point of view has been chosen as the issue of research. The aim of this work is to identify the key determinants of quality and satisfaction with medical servicesprovided by small enterprises in the opinion of customers. State of knowledge.
