The stock exchange acts as a “barometer” of the health of the economy or considered a mirror of economy. If the market as a whole expects economic prospects to improve, share price will rise, and vice versa. The history of securities market began in Nepal with the flotation of shares by Biratnagar Jute Mills Ltd and Nepal Bank Ltd in 1937 A.D. Introduction of the company Act in 1964 A.D., and the establishment of Securities Exchange Center Ltd in 1976 was other significant developments relating to capital markets in Nepal. At present there is only one stock exchange in Nepal, which is also called secondary market i.e. Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Nowadays, Nepal’s stock market has become major area of investments. Basically, there are two approaches of analyzing the securities: fundamental analysis and technical analysis. Beside these there is another technique for analyzing the share price behavior that is called efficient market hypothesis. Each price of an individual share is independent of the previous price. The price of a moment does not affect the price of another moment. This type of moment of prices is called random walk of prices.","PeriodicalId":406267,"journal":{"name":"Academia Research Journal","volume":"58 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121818574","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is a crucial part of the comprehensive food system, providing a valuable source of protein and other essential nutrients to humans. The present study was carried out in the Nepalgunj sub-metropolitan city in Banke district, well known for fish varieties and traditional recipes. A total of 72 respondents including shopkeepers and workers from 25 shops were interviewed based on a semi-structured questionnaire, which included marketing structure, literacy of fish traders, knowledge of fish preservation and sanitation, resource preference, transportation system, demand & trade, and constraints of fish marketing. The study reported 14 fish species and one Penaeus species belonging to arthropods, also considered locally as a fish variety and imported to the Nepalgunj fish market as ‘Jhinggemachha’. The fish marketing system in Nepalgunj was reported poor and unsystematic in the lack of proper market infrastructure and facilities. The local government should develop a proper plan to monitor and improve the market hygiene and quality of products in the current fish marketing system.","PeriodicalId":406267,"journal":{"name":"Academia Research Journal","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123422789","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is largely attributed to the benefits associated with it, such as time-saving, convenience, 24-hour availability, a wide variety of products, and the ability to compare brands and products. However, despite these benefits, consumers also perceive certain risks associated with online purchasing, including financial loss, product performance risk, delivery risk, trust and security, and website design. These perceived risks and psychological factors significantly influence consumers' behavior towards online purchasing. Therefore, this study seeks to identify the online factors that affect consumers' behavior towards online purchasing in the context of Nepalgunj. Specifically, the study aims to identify the perceived risk and psychological factors and understand the demographics of online consumers. The study reviewed recent literature on the topic and collected primary data through a well-structured questionnaire distributed online. Around 65 respondents were chosen from 30 students, 15 females from engaging in public service and 20 males were chosen from different occupation, as the distribution chain started from friend’s circle. The findings of the study suggest that perceived risk factors, such as financial risk, significantly affect consumers' buying behavior towards online purchasing. Delivery risk and trust and security have an average impact on consumers' buying behavior. Therefore, online retailers and marketers should address these risk factors and psychological concerns to encourage more online purchasing.","PeriodicalId":406267,"journal":{"name":"Academia Research Journal","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128741292","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Despite the fact that they identify as communists and support ideal political systems that feature equality, freedom, citizenry, the rule of the working class, and universal human rights, their internalized cultural values are centered on the hegemonic domination of one cultural group, gender, kinship, religion, area, and also serve the interests of power and wealth. The main features of communist political leadership are factionalism, opportunism, anarchy, individualism, petty bourgeoisie egoism, ultra leftism, double roles like right and leftist, reactionary and revisionist, as well as double roles like right and left. They declared themselves to be radical anarchist individualists who supported the monarchy in addition to adhering to Marxist, Leninist, and Maoist ideologies. The paper's foundation for this is scientific work in the areas of anthropology, sociology, political science, history, and other subjects by authors from Nepal and abroad. This study's major objective is to close the gap between communist leadership theory and practice in Nepal. Which of their internalized traditional cultural ideas have an impact on their leadership responsibilities? It is deemed that a person has an informal job or employment if their employment relationship is, legally or practically, exempt from national labor legislation, income taxation, social protection, or the right to specific employment benefits. In Nepal, the problem of informal work is growing, and the economic yardstick for measuring social justice is the wage gap. This research uses a logistic regression approach to examine the factors that influence informal employment in Nepal. The computation of the factors affecting informality and wage disparities in informal employment in Nepal was done using two estimating techniques. The daily salary is significantly negatively impacted by informal employment. The workers who participate in informality make less money per day than those who work in regular employment. The findings indicate a positive and statistically significant relationship between worker age and daily pay. Workers are more likely to make a daily wage the older they are. When the workers are of the janajati ethnic group, their daily wages increase. But the daily wage of workers is not much impacted by dalit laborers. Workers who are married are more likely than other workers to have greater daily pay. They are therefore favorably related to one another. The outcome also showed that the worker's daily income grows along with their level of education. As a result, there is an association. \u0000 ","PeriodicalId":406267,"journal":{"name":"Academia Research Journal","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129444688","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the presented research article, taking this story as a lesson, the meaning of the story has been analyzed and evaluated based on liberal feminism among the various branches of feminism. The main objective of this study is to find out the various aspects related to women's consciousness in this story. In this, awareness of gender discrimination related to feminism, awareness of exploitation and oppression, awareness of sexual exploitation and violence against women, awareness of women's existence and identity and awareness of class discrimination have been analyzed as a theoretical framework. In this story, due to patriarchy, men are allowed to move freely, eat, drink and have fun, but women have to be aware step by step, they have to stay locked up at home, and under the guise of religious beliefs, patriarchy discriminates against women by inciting men to polygamy, and if they want to have a son, they are threatened. It has been expressed that men who have created a feeling of discrimination towards sons and daughters should not pay attention to domestic work, but women have to do domestic work and bear children and take care of them. This story has awakened awareness that we should fight against oppression based on gender. In this story, the struggle of a man trying to end the existence and identity of a woman and a woman trying to protect it is presented. It also expresses the idea that women should not be kept as a means of enjoyment and a factory for giving birth to children. Here, because the poor women are poor, the reality of double oppression has been presented and the consciousness has been awakened that they should not tolerate such discrimination and humiliation and should be punished through legal remedies.","PeriodicalId":406267,"journal":{"name":"Academia Research Journal","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132495975","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Among his activities, the main activity is his sexual attraction to heterosexuals. The presented article focuses on the theme of sexual activity of this Jung Bahadur. In particular, the purpose of this article is to expose what kind of sexual activities Jung Bahadur did during his lifetime. Although it is said that Jung Bahadur had infinite courage and determination, he could not control his sexual weakness. Jung Bahadur Rana's uncontrollable sexual activities became the subject of broadcast even in foreign media. Some of his sexual activities were outstanding. They used to bring many beautiful women in the palace and also appointed employees for their movement. Among his means of entertainment, sex was the most preferred subject. He wanted to show himself to be good at sex. It is the law of nature that sexual desire and sexual activity decrease as people get older due to increasing age, busyness of politics and other reasons. Unable to understand this matter, Junga Bahadur felt that he was weak in his sexual addiction even though he was an old man and started taking opium. Looking at its form, it ranges from small compositions to large discourses. Poetry is created by the proper combination of sense and rhyme. It has a mixture of imagination and intelligence. The poem is written in both verse and prose styles. A specific form of language is used in poetry. Teaching the specific form of language poetry is considered as the most appropriate material to teach students of different levels the specific form of language. In poetry teaching, poetry teaching moves with the aim of improving pace, rhythm and rhythm, practicing reciting pronunciation, sentence structure, increasing vocabulary ability, developing compositional skills, develops the ability to express the meaning of specific characters, developing linguistic skills, and developing imagination. It is appropriate to do. Activities that attract students to the subject matter should be done first. After that, the difficulty related to semantics should be solved and knowledge on rhyming and poetic structure should be made. When teaching rhyming, first the teacher or the student should make ideal recitation, then group recitation and solo recitation should be done. After understanding the theme, the students should be encouraged to understand the poem after the question and answer session. As far as possible, pictures should also be displayed. The sense of intent should be made clear by repeatedly checking. An atmosphere should be created to determine the meaning of the poem itself. You should also make them write by giving questions that make the feeling clear. While doing these activities, students should be alerted if they leave the main part.
