Pandemic COVID-19 has changed the conventional learning system into an online learning system. Teachers and students have been teaching and learning from home since the pandemic has attacked humans globally. This becomes an interesting phenomenon to be investigated. This research aims at investigating the EFL teacher perspective in Ruteng on online learning systems under COVID-19. Three points, namely types of application used, the advantages and disadvantages of carrying out online learning system are the points of investigation. Twenty EFL teachers have been involved in this research. They were asked to write an English essay on how they run the teaching and learning process through the online learning system within the pandemic. The collected essays were read one by one to find the types of application used in online learning by the EFL teachers and identify the advantages and disadvantages of online learning from the EFL teachers ‘perspective. The result reports that the EFL teachers use several types of applications in TLP; namely, WhatsApp, google classroom, google meet, messenger, and zoom. The results also underline that the accessibility of online learning is beneficial for EFL teachers. It improves EFL teachers' cognitive skills in technology and causes cost-effectiveness on time and money. However, poor communication, lack of motivation, lack of quality, and some technical problems are the obstacles of an online learning system. Regarding to the result above, it is concluded that EFL teachers in Ruteng used more than one application in teaching-learning English. They also consider that online learning has a positive and negative impact on teachers and students.","PeriodicalId":406252,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Education, Humanities, Health and Agriculture, ICEHHA 2021, 3-4 June 2021, Ruteng, Flores, Indonesia","volume":"88 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125396248","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper aims to analyze the problems of the duties and authorities of law enforcers who are not dynamically ideal in carrying out the struggle for justice and legal certainty on the basis of legal equality. Meanwhile, law enforcers who are recognized in the state are police, prosecutors and judges, but the profession of Advocate is discredited by other law enforcers. In concrete implementation, advocates experience obstacles in carrying out their duties and authority to fight for the client's law enforcement profession. This paper uses normative juridical research in offline or online legal materials supported by qualitative data analysis on the principles of justice and legal equality. An implementation result of this research is that in essence advocates can be said to be law enforcers such as prosecutors, police and judges, because advocates can carry out the role of legal consultation, legal aid, and legal assistance and can make legal findings. The analysis of this research will harmonize advocates who are equal, equal, and balanced with other law enforcers in a synergy and continuous manner in the struggle for justice and legal certainty. Advocates as one of the elements of law enforcement in criminal justice are one of the pillars in upholding the rule of law and human rights. As in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia it clearly determines that the State of Indonesia is a rule of law. Every land right has a social function, but in terms of providing land for the public interest, it is not appropriate to apply its social function. Especially if the public interest is commercial. Often the provision of land is used for commercial purposes and there is an increase and jump in the value of land area. Settlement of compensation for the provision of land for public purposes has resulted in various problems. One of the problems is the rejection of the replacement value set by the public assessment team. Chapter IV part four Paragraph 4 of Law no. 2 of 2012 with the title Deliberation Determination of Compensation. It is necessary to explore the contradiction between the determination of the compensation value and the deliberation on determining the compensation. To do this, a normative juridical study was conducted by examining the norms of Article 37 of Law no. 2 of 2012 which is related to Article 34 and Article 26. The deliberation is not in the framework of agreeing on the difference in replacement price between the version of the public appraisal team and the price expected by the public. However, deliberation is to resolve differences in physical data and juridical data on land area released or to resolve other problems. Meanwhile, the determination of the basic value of the replacement is fixed and is not subject to deliberation. It is not appropriate to provide land for the public interest through compensation for the value of compensation, but it should be done with an appropriate and equitable assessment for the welfare of the community. Especially if the provision of land is related to commercial interests and not social interests. The fourth paragraph, Part Four, Chapter IV of Law No. 2 of 2012, uses the subheading of the Deliberation on the Determination of Compensation, in fact the content is an equalization of the perception of physical data and juridical data on the released land objects, so that a settlement can be carried out by conducting deliberation. Meanwhile, the compensation value has been determined as the public authority based on the value of the land zone which cannot be changed. Making the essence of deliberation unrealized.","PeriodicalId":406252,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Education, Humanities, Health and Agriculture, ICEHHA 2021, 3-4 June 2021, Ruteng, Flores, Indonesia","volume":"103 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128148505","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research discusses the extent of the family welfare with mothers who work part-time, to find out the level of welfare of the family by looking at formal education that taken by the head of the family in where the head of the Family is main support of the economy in family, then in this study also looked at how the use of the family income could meet the needs of the family. In addition, also to find out the extent of the housewives’ contribution who help with additional income in meeting the needs of their families. The research technique is through descriptive of analytics with a cross sectional approach, in this modeling all variables are considered important so that it can be estimated several regression coefficients (β) at once. The study data was obtained from 100 respondents. With the total number of questions as many as 35 questions that have gone through the validity and reliability test. This research was conducted in DKI Jakarta with the spread of 5 areas of DKI Jakarta namely east Jakarta, South Jakarta, west Jakarta, Central Jakarta and North Jakarta. Based on the results of hypothetical testing that has been done proven that there is a positive relationship between the mother’s housewives who working part-time and the welfare of the Family. This statement can be interpreted as rejecting Ho and accepting Ha. The two variables have a positive relationship. This shows that the better of value of housewives who working part-time, the better the welfare of your family and vice versa if the value of working part-time mothers is low, the lower the welfare of the family. To test the hypothesis, a prerequisite test of analysis is a normality test and a data reliability test. Based on the calculation of normality test obtained significance (P Value) family welfare variable of 0.660 so that the significant value of the family environment variable is greater than 0.05 which means normal distributed data. As for the significance value (P Value) for variable mothers working part-time of 0 720. The significant value of a part-time working mother variable is greater than 0.05 which means normal distributed data. The Contribution of Housewives working part-time to family health in DKI Jakarta. Variable free X, part-time mother as shown in Table 5.4. seen in the Summary model table, the number R Square = 0.548 as a determinant coefficient, which in this case means that 54.8% means family well-being is influenced by working mothers at 54.8%, while 45.2% is influenced by other factors, In this case the contribution of part-time working housewives is 54.8% to family welfare.","PeriodicalId":406252,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Education, Humanities, Health and Agriculture, ICEHHA 2021, 3-4 June 2021, Ruteng, Flores, Indonesia","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128952552","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
