Methods: A cross sectional study design was performed and a non / probability (convenience approach) sampling technique with a size of sample 270 subjects who visited Merjan and AL Imam AL Sadiq Teaching Hospitals from 1 December 2022 to 30 March 2023. Data was gathered by two techniques, an interview and developed a questionnaire, and taking two different blood pressure readings for every participant. Results: overall incidence rate of asymptomatic hypertension was 16.584%.
