Software development is an economic activity which derives the profit and enlarges profitability of the software development if performance is optimized. Economic performance depends on performance of technical product developed or service and its performance. Revenue is generated only from the high performance and sustainable product. Performance depends on the product itself and the process followed for development and how resources are utilized. Responsibility of process and project management is to reduce resources wastage as time, effort and technological tools and obtain high qualititative product by incorporating sustainable input. Project management responsibility is to manage team as well individual resources well. This paper proposes some recommendation and suggestion on how to manage project resources during development to get high performance and sustainability as both of these issues of maximize quality with economic profit.","PeriodicalId":404873,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Computing for Sustainable Global Development (INDIACom)","volume":"72 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130871636","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It works as a backhaul for other wireless network. There are number of issues which need to be considering in wireless mesh network. As in other networks like MANET, ADHOC, SENSOR power is the major constrained. But it is not so in WMN. So, Power can be optimally utilised. It can be used to increase throughput and channel utilization of the network. Here we will discuss some major issues which need to be considered in WMN. Wireless mesh network operates similar as the network of fixed routers only difference is that they are connected with the wireless links. This paper gives the brief overview of the issues exist in WMN and the existing channel assignment schemes in multicast WMN. The proposed scheme uses load balancing method to assign the channels.","PeriodicalId":404873,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Computing for Sustainable Global Development (INDIACom)","volume":"85 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124983577","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is shown that for subspace technique like MUSIC, the FBS estimate techniques performs better as compared to FS estimates especially for correlated signals in multipath scenario. The ability of smoothing to obtain sharper peaks is applied under different estimates. The results are obtained for MUSIC and Root-MUSIC. It is observed that even for correlated signals MUSIC can be applied for DOA detection using above estimates. The resolution is also found improved.","PeriodicalId":404873,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Computing for Sustainable Global Development (INDIACom)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"113936116","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In these design methods the desired filter's frequency characteristics are specified in terms of its frequency response. The goal of the optimization process is to find the optimal filter coefficients which closely approximate the desired frequency response. In this paper, Differential Evolution (DE) algorithm is described for the design of digital FIR filter with ripple constraint. The proposed algorithm minimizes ripples, using a constraint handling method based on penalty function. The results for the case of DE algorithm with ripple constraint are compared with those obtained for the same algorithm without ripple constraint. A ripple constraint has ensured that the maximum error magnitude between desired frequency response and the designed frequency response is equal to or below the constraint in the specified frequency band. The results show the reduction in the size of stopband ripple when DE algorithm with ripple constraint handling approach is applied. The performance obtained using this approach is comparable with that of Least-square design method for FIR filters when number of runs is applied.","PeriodicalId":404873,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Computing for Sustainable Global Development (INDIACom)","volume":"122 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122581176","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is therefore important to get an understanding of the basic concepts and terminology. Reliability study is considered essential for proper utilization and maintenance of engineering systems and equipment's. A practical definition of reliability is “the probability that a piece of equipment operating under specified conditions shall perform satisfactorily for a given period of time”. Reliability prediction is a process by which highest reliability can be achieved by using a group of less reliable components with minimum cost instead of only one with highest reliability (and maximum cost). This reliability prediction is applied using fuzzy logic and this would help in a great way in any project procurement process. In this paper three different cases are carried out by means of principal component analysis. One analysis with reliability as predominant factor, second analysis with number of components as predominant factor and in third analysis cost as a predominant factor. The analysis of variables is to identify the dimension that is latent, which can be considered in the phenomena of performance correlation]. This is to study the effects in the developed principal component analysis approach [7[[9].","PeriodicalId":404873,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Computing for Sustainable Global Development (INDIACom)","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127582888","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
