As a notary, it is necessary to adhere to the guidelines, authority, and code of ethics when carrying out their duties, so that there is no violation of the code of ethics in carrying out their profession. The problems raised in this study are to find out how the process of revocation of a position in a notary is in the right way in accordance with the regulations of Law Number 30 of 2004, the position of a notary, and to find out and examine how to resolve the Administrative Court Decision Number: 235/G/2019/ PTUN.KT. The research method used in this research is normative juridical, namely research with literature studies using primary legal data and secondary legal materials. Based on the results of the study that in carrying out their duties, Notaries must obey and obey the professional code of ethics and be used as guidelines in carrying out their duties, namely the Law on Notary Positions No. 2 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law No. 30 of 2004 concerning Notary Positions. If a notary commits a violation of the code of ethics that is a serious violation, it can be proposed to give sanctions by being dismissed from his position in a dishonorable manner by the Minister at the suggestion of the Central Supervisory Council. Regarding the issuance of a ministerial decree, it is also necessary to apply the General Principles of Good Governance so that there is no cancellation of a disputed object decision because it does not issue the precautionary principle and the need to act according to the principle of accuracy in making a decision. The research method used is a normative legal research method with a statutory approach. The results showed that for child offenders, provisions in Law No. 11/2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System apply. Meanwhile, criminal acts that ensnare perpetrators such as pimps and also service users must also be subject to pidana in accordance with Law Number 17 of 2016 which stipulates the threat of punishment more severe than the Criminal Code. The participation of the community, relevant institutions and also the government must be more active in following up on this case of online prostitution, the government must strictly revoke applications circulating in the virtual world and set penalties for perpetrators involved in this criminal act.\u0000Abstrak\u0000Tujuan dari penulisan ini menganalisis sejauh mana undang-undang mengatur tentang perlindungan hukum bagi anak yang terlibat dalam prostitusi online dengan mengunakan media aplikasi chatting. Sedangkan tindak pidana yang menjerat pelaku seperti mucikari dan juga pengguna jasa juga harus dikenakan pidana sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 17 tahun 2016 yang menetapkan ancaman hukuman lebih berat dibanding Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana. The research method used is the normative legal research method. The results showed that the 1945 Constitution never allocated the authority to test executive legal products in the form of Perppu to the Constitutional Court but to the DPR which is commonly known as legislative review. However, the Constitutional Court through decision No. 138/PUU-VII/2009 has added its authority, namely adding Perppu as the object of the litical test of the judicial review law. The consequence of the addition of the authority to test the Perppu is of course likely to cause a conflict of authority between the Constitutional Court versus the DPR. The problem is that the authority to torture and adjudicate legal conflicts between state institutions according to the 1945 Constitution must be carried out through the courts of the Constitutional Court. Therefore, the juridical problem that arises is whether there is legality or constitutionality of the Constitutional Court to try cases concerning its own interests, while on the other hand there is a doctrine of nemo judex idoneus in propria causa which means that judges are not fit to try themselves because of a conflict of interest or conflict of interest. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui legalitas mahkamah konstitusi sebagai salah satu pihak dan sekaligus sebagai ajudikator dalam sengketa kewenangan lembaga negara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UUD1945 tidak pernah mengalokasikan kewenangan untuk menguji produk-produk hukum eksekutif dalam bentuk Perppu kepada Mahkamah Konstitusi melainkan kepada DPR yang biasa dikenal dengan judicial review legislatif. Namun, Mahkamah Konstitusi melalui putusan No. 138/PUU-VII/2009 telah menambah kewenangannya, yaitu penambahan Perppu sebagai objek uji litical test uu judicial review. Konsekuensi dari penambahan kewenangan untuk menguji Perppu tentu saja kemungkinan akan menimbulkan konflik kewenangan antara Mahkamah Konstitusi versus DPR. Masalahnya, kewenangan penyiksaan dan mengadili konflik hukum antar lembaga negara menurut UUD 1945 harus dilakukan melalui pengadilan Mahkamah Konstitusi. It's interesting to examine more deeply how the Simultaneous Pilkades policy arrangements during the COVID-19 Pandemic are viewed from the aspect of legal certainty and the legal consequences of postponing the Pilkades during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The research method uses a normative juridical approach with the statute approach and case approach. Legal materials (primary, secondary ,tertiary) were collected through literature study and analyzed in depth using content analysis. Research shows that prior to the pandemic in the laws and regulations the rules regarding the postponement of Simultaneous Pilkades due to force majeure had not been regulated. The authority of the Ministry of Home Affairs to determine the postponement of the Simultaneous Pilkades also has multiple interpretations. The government's policy of issuing the Mendagri Circular is also inaccurate and does not provide legal certainty, the circular is not classified as a statutory regulation. The presence of Permendagri No.72 of 2020 provides legal certainty, the substance clearly regulates the authority of the Regent/Mayor to postpone the Simultaneous Pilkades. The legal consequence of postponing the Pilkades during the Pandemic Period is that many villages will be led by an Acting Village Head. In the future, the provisions regarding the postponement of Simultaneous Village Head Elections due to force majeure are clearly regulated in the legislation and in carrying out tasks by the Acting Village Head must be carried out with full responsibility, because the Acting has the same duties, authorities, obligations and rights as the definitive Village Head.\u0000Abstrak \u0000Pandemi COVID-19 berimplikasi pada penundaan Pilkades Serentak di Indonesia. Namun pengaturan ihwal penundaan Pilkades Serentak dalam peraturan perundang-undangan ternyata kurang jelas. Menarik untuk mengkaji lebih dalam bagaimana pengaturan kebijakan Pilkades Serentak di masa Pandemi COVID-19 ditinjau dari aspek kepastian hukum dan akibat hukum dari adanya penundaan Pilkades di masa Pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian menggunakan yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Bahan-bahan hukum (primer, sekunder, tersier) dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan dan dianalisa secara mendalam menggunakan metode analisis konten. Penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebelum pandemi dalam peraturan perundang-undangan (UU, PP, Permendagri) aturan mengenai penundaan Pilkades Serentak karena force majeur (bencana non alam) belum diatur. Kewenangan Kemendagri menetapkan penundaan Pilkades Serentak juga multitafsir. One of the institutions that need to do this reorientation is the Zakat Infaq and Shadaqah (LAZIS) Muhammadiyah Institute. LAZIS Muhammadiyah is intended as a zakat management institution with modern management that can deliver zakat to be part of the community social problem solver. The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the concept and effectiveness of the utilization of zakat for the empowerment of micro-enterprises. The research was conducted using sociological juridical methods to examine existing policies with their implementation on problems or conditions that occur in society. The results showed that the concept of utilizing zakat in empowering micro-business actors affected by Covid-19 was carried out as an incidental economic program. This program is carried out as a problem solver to help the community of micro-enterprises in the sustainability of their business. The utilization of zakat in empowering micro business actors runs effectively in accordance with the provisions of Article 27 paragraph 1 of Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management which states that zakat can be utilized for productive businesses in the context of handling the poor and improving the quality of the people. This means that zakat funds can be used to help empower the economic community of micro-enterprises affected by Covid-19. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan adanya kebijakan pemerintah yang berpengaruh pada kondisi ekonomi masyarakat secara umum dan pelaku usaha mikro khususnya. Salah satu lembaga yang perlu melakukan reorientasi tersebut adalah Lembaga Zakat Infaq dan Shadaqah (LAZIS) Muhammadiyah. LAZIS Muhammadiyah dimaksudkan sebagai institusi pengelola zakat dengan manajemen modern yang dapat menghantarkan zakat menjadi bagian dari penyelesai masalah (problem solver) sosial masyarakat. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis konsep dan efektivitas pendayagunaan zakat untuk pemberdayaan pelaku usaha mikro. The existence of Presidential Regulation No. 63 of 2019 concerning the Use of Indonesian which regulates the use of Indonesian that must be used on trademarks owned by Indonesian citizens or Indonesian legal entities has conflicts with the Law Number 20 of 2016 On Trademarks and Geographical Indications, regarding the function and purpose of the Trademarks, so it is interesting to conduct discussions through normative juridical methods. The results of this study show that the principle of Lex Superior Derogat Lex Inferiori law, which is a principle that interprets higher legal norms, can be used as one of the tools in solving problems. This research is empirical research with a sociological juridical approach through interviews. The results of the study explained, the implementation of money waqf there are two kinds, namely, directly and indirectly, the contract agreement that is carried out is in a period forever or within a certain period, bank LKS-PWU in Malang City itself only implements the money waqf process directly because it does not have an internet-based support system or software, the statement of wakif will that must be written in the agreement process is not attached. The implementation of the money waqf agreement process at the LKS-PWU Bank in Malang City can be said to be ineffective, seeing that there has not been fulfilled fulfillment of the implementation of the agreement process by law enforcement who control the field of money waqf, this is indicated by the absence of a statement of wakif will be attached at the time of the implementation of the money waqf agreement, as well as facilities and facilities that cannot be said to be fulfilled, Bank LKS-PWU in Malang City cannot fulfill its obligations in providing internet-based systems or software, because it is still in the process of developing in prioritized matters that are more often used by customers. \u0000Abstrak\u0000Pemusatan pengumpulan dana wakaf uang yang tidak merata hanya pada Badan Wakaf Indonesia yang berlokasi di Jakarta, menjadi salah satu faktor yang dapat membuat ketertarikan seseorang dalam melaksanakan wakaf uang, bentuk perjanjian dan efektifitas pelaksanaan yang ada pada Lembaga Keuangan Syariah Penerima Wakaf Uang (LKS-PWU), dalam hal ini adalah salah satu Bank LKS-PWU di Kota Malang yang sudah menerima wakaf uang sejak tahun 2008 berkenan dengan hal tersebut penelitian ini mengambil permasalahan tentang pelaksanaan perjanjian wakaf tunai pada Bank LKS-PWU di Kota Malang dan efektifitas pelaksanaan wakaf uang pada Bank LKS-PWU di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis melalui wawancara. Placement of MPR Provisions in Law No. 12 of 2011 on the hierarchy of Legislation in Indonesia becomes one of the problematics that needs to be discussed, on the grounds of the position of MPR provisions that are under exactly the Constitution of 1945. This is based on the position of the MPR Decree itself which will automatically become a reference to the rules under it, in accordance with the theory of stairs put forward by Hans Kelsen. Although from the point of view of the position of MPR determination is still understandable if Hans Nawiasky theory is used as the basis. But in terms of testing itself of course this will raise a big question mark for all of us because in the Constitution of 1945 institutions or institutions that have the right to conduct a test of the Law is the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court, but within its own scope the Provision of MPR is outside the juridical territory of the two Institutions themselves. Therefore, there needs to be a solution if at any time the MPR Decree is not in accordance with the basis of the 1945 Constitution so that there will be no defects in one of the legal sources of the State of Indonesia.\u0000Abstrak\u0000Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh TAP MPR di Indonesia. Penempatan Ketentuan MPR dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Hierarki Peraturan Perundang-undangan di Indonesia menjadi salah satu problematika yang perlu dibahas, dengan alasan kedudukan ketetapan MPR yang berada di bawah UUD 1945. Hal ini berdasarkan posisi Ketetapan MPR sendiri yang secara otomatis akan menjadi acuan aturan di bawahnya, sesuai dengan teori tangga yang dikemukakan oleh Hans Kelsen. Meski dari sudut pandang posisi penentuan MPR masih bisa dimaklumi jika teori Hans Nawiasky dijadikan dasar. Namun dalam hal pengujian sendiri tentunya hal ini akan menimbulkan tanda tanya besar bagi kita semua karena dalam UUD 1945 lembaga atau lembaga yang berhak melakukan uji materi UU adalah Mahkamah Konstitusi dan Mahkamah Agung, namun dalam lingkupnya sendiri Ketentuan MPR berada di luar wilayah yuridis kedua Lembaga itu sendiri.
