It also reflects the good practice and punctual approach of several relevant supreme audit institutions that managed to innovate in the field of analysis and assessment of risks and vulnerabilities specific to ethics and integrity in the public sector. As research methods used in this paper we mention: logical method, analysis and synthesis, as well as the documentary studies, especially developed and promoted by institutions and major organizations worldwide: United Nations - the UN, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development - OECD, World Bank, International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions - INTOSAI, relevant supreme audit institutions, and so on. The attraction expresses the desire to interact favourably with another person, a moment overwhelmed by specific emotions generated by proximity. Emphasizing the attraction and anticipating the interaction intervene in the game of relationship, in which emotions have an impact upon perception, cognition and evaluation of the partner. Forming a marital couple involves cohabitation of the two biological and psychical entities, alignment of their own interests with the ones of the partner’s, adjustment of each one’s personality. The relational and value-related side of personality improves the couple relationship by means of improving the interacting abilities. Adaptation to the family environment, to the life and work depends on interior life quality, on the self-knowledge of personality. The purpose of the research: checking the report between the dyadic adaptation level, ideal couple standards level, and the welfare degree of 30 couples, partners with ages between 26 - 47 years old, with a relationship experience of maximum 26 years, unemployed and employees, working in institutions in the city of Iasi. Used methods: evaluation scale for dyadic adaptation, checklist of specific relationship standards, evaluation scale for the welfare in the marital relationship. Expected outcome: the level of marital adaptation is high in the family with adequate relationship standards, the personal limits are positively associated with the level of independence, the balance between control and power is balanced, the expressive and instrumental investments are negatively associated with the self-acceptance level. Mare","doi":"10.18662/jess/4.1/28","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18662/jess/4.1/28","url":null,"abstract":"The reality is that we have witnessed in the last 4 years, since the procedure of negotiating the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union in 2016 has started, a real political impasse on the stage of European relations. Who would have imagined on the 1st of January 1973, when England became a member of the European Union after many indecisions – some of them more arrogant than others that in 47 years' time it will be the first Member State to avail itself of Article 50 of the Treaty of Lisbon, which for the first time provided for the right of a Member State to withdraw voluntarily from the European Union? If we look a little at the historical context of England's accession to the EU, we may see similar hesitations that have delayed it so much in joining the EU. Although after the end of the Second World War the economic situation of England was precarious, it still manages to become one of the great world powers. However, in 1951 it refused to join the founding group of the ECSC and also refused to sign the Treaty of Rome in 1957. England believed that the status of leader of the Commonwealth offered you a privileged status compared to other European states in international affairs, especially those with the United States of America, but, nevertheless, it did not bring benefits in the relations with the 6 European states, that were going to establish the European Union. When it realized that this was not a good way for things to happen, in 1961 announced its intention to join the European Economic Community, only that in 1963 France voted against the request. It was only after Charles de Gaulle's resignation in 1969 that the United Kingdom's path to accession was opened.
