Berdasarkan database Pemasyarakatan bulan Pebruari 2020 peenghuni Lembaga Pemasyarakatan berjumlah 268.919 orang atau 103% dari kapasitas hunian sebesar 131.931 orang. tingkat hunian cenderung meningkat setiap tahunnya tidak sebanding dengan jumlah Lembaga Pemasyarakatan. Rumusanya adalah Bagaimana optimalisasi pemberian hak pelayanan kesehatan bagi narapidana dan apa hambatan yang dihadapi dalam optimalisasi pemberian hak pelayanan kesehatan bagi narapidana dalam keadaan overcrowded di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas 1 Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini meunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi pemberian hak pelayanan kesehatan bagi narapidana dalam keadaan overcrowded di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Semarang merupakan upaya meningkatkan derajat kesehatan narapidana melalui pelayanan kesehatan promotif, preventif, kuratif, rehablitatif dan upaya pelayanan kesehatan lingkungan dengan meningkatkan sumber daya manusia pelayanan kesehatan, fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, pembiayaan pelayanan kesehatn, ketersediaan obat dan alat-alat kesehatan. This study uses the theory according to Ahmad Mustanir and Partisan Abadi (2017), the author examines the analysis of the participation of vulnerable groups in the covid-19 vaccination at the Mungo Public Health Center, fifty cities, seen from 4 indicators of community participation, 1) participation, 2) participation, 3 ) contribution, 4) willingness. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen yang melibatkan 2 kelompok yakni kelompok eksperimen yang diberikan treatment model pembelajaran RADEC dan kelompok control dengan treatment model pembelajaran konvensional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 260 adapun sample dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 siswa dengan 40 siswa kelompok control dan 40 siswa kelompok eksperimen. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari skor pretest-posttest kelompok control dan eksperimen. Data yang diperoleh kemudian melalui tahapan Analisa yakni 1) Uji Instrumen; 2) Uji asumsi Klasik; 3) Uji Hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, diketahui bahwa seluruh instrument dinyatakan valid dan reliabel serta memenuhi syarat uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa Model pembelajaran RADEC yang dimoderasi dengan motivasi belajar terbukti mampu meingkatkan hasil belajar siswa. The purpose of writing this article is to conduct a literature review of pilot situational awareness in the field of aviation. The study was conducted by searching the literature for research publications within the last 25 years. The review is carried out by compiling research summaries sequentially according to the year of publication. Research topic grouping is done to get the amount of research according to the topic and topic area. The analysis is carried out to get an overview of future research trends. The results of the study show that the number of research tends to increase after 2015. Correctional institutions are required to foster and return correctional inmates to the community. The process of coaching prisoners really needs to be done so that the perpetrators of criminal acts do not repeat the mistakes they have made so that they are no longer disturbing the community. This study uses a quantitative approach, with the type of research library research. Data was collected using observation techniques, books, and literature reports on the results of previous studies. Research data in the form of documentation and literature with some literature. Data analysis activities using interactive analysis models, starting from stage (1) data reduction; (2) data presentation; and (3) drawing conclusions. The results showed that the education pattern used in conducting coaching at LPKA Klas 1 Palembang used the correctional system which was implemented since 1964 which was then supported by the issuance of Law Number 12 of 1995 concerning Corrections. Correctional Institutions play a role in restoring the dignity and worth of prisoners in prison so that they can be accepted in the community again. This is done by providing a coaching program which includes personality development and independence development. Teknis analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji homogenitas, uji normalitas kolmogorov smirnov, uji linear dan uji regresi linear sederhana. The learning process was conducted at home through an online system based on the distance learning policy, in accordance with a circular issued by the Minister of Education and Culture on 24 March 2020. Unfortunately, the online system has challenges in the learning process because its impacts the allocation of time for Al Quran memorization at SD Muhammadiyah East Jakarta. This study focused to find the impact of online learning on students' learning outcomes in Al Quran memorization and the significant variable that impacts learning outcomes in Al Quran memorization. This study used a quantitative. The data collection technique is the survey. The subject of the studies includes students in sixth grade at SD Muhammadiyah East Jakarta. The analysis technique used multiple regression analysis with an error rate of 5%. The result of this study stated there is a significant impact of online learning implementation on the student’s learning outcomes of Al Quran memorization which is inferred from significance was 0,00 < 0,05 then H1 was accepted. It means there is a significant impact on communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure on learning outcomes of Al Quran memorization.
