An econometric model of regional labor productivity dependence on the level of economic integration and a number of factors based on panel data for 2008 and 2013 is constructed. Elasticity of labor productivity by regional indexes and the share of employees in services is estimated. A significantly positive impact of diversification of economic activities in the economic structure of the region is detected. The advantages, feasibility and perspectives of economic integration of Ukraine with the European Union are substantiated.","PeriodicalId":403624,"journal":{"name":"The Advanced Science Journal","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-04-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116425009","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The history of formation and development of the pharmaceutical industry is studied. The bottom chronological boundary of the study of the occupational training of pharmaceutical industry professionals in Ukraine (early 20th century) is due to the intensive ingress of foreign capital into the economy of the Russian Empire, which had a significant and not always positive impact on the development of economic life in general and the development of pharmacy. The top chronological boundary (early 21st century) is due to the significant social and economic transformations in Ukraine, the origin of the job market associated with them and the phenomenon of unemployment, the worldwide globalization processes, the informatization of society and the development of pharmaceutical education and science in the setting of independent Ukraine. Four stages are defined in the development of pharmaceutical education in Ukraine in the second half of the 20th to early 21st century based on the historic events that influenced educational processes. The first stage is the 1950s to 1960s, the post-war revival stage; the second one is the 1970s to 1980s, the stage of the spread of the idea of lifelong learning; the third one is the early 1990s to late 20th century, the stage of the society’s adaptation to the new living conditions in the post-Soviet society; the forth one is the early 21st century, the current stage of development of pharmaceutical education in the independent Ukraine.","PeriodicalId":403624,"journal":{"name":"The Advanced Science Journal","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-04-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127620439","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We determine the influence of globalization processes on tourism development and tourism development on the world economy. Tourism has significant potential as a driver for growth of the world economy. The sheer size and reach of the sector makes it critically important from a global resource perspective. Even small changes toward greening can have important impacts. Further, the sector's connection to numerous sectors at destination and international levels means that changes in practices can stimulate changes in many different public and private actors beyond the direct and immediate impact of tourism activity. So, according this research we can see it is a great challenge to make a profitable business running tourism in an area without some negative effect to the local communities. It is possible for the tourism industry to cooperate with other industries and bring benefits to both the tourism organizations and local businesses. The first step to achieve it is to understand the needs and desires of both the host community and the tourists.","PeriodicalId":403624,"journal":{"name":"The Advanced Science Journal","volume":"97 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-04-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122832190","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most of the tools of the social partnership include influencing the companies in order to reduce environmental impact. However, in practice many companies experience some financial pressure on their non-core activities dedicated to the improvement of the environmental situation in the territories where the industrial facilities are situated. In the \"millennium of innovation\" new advanced solutions for alternative energy are becoming available. The development of this area of investment is the only true vector of development and search for the points of contact between the economy and the environment. An index that can provide a comprehensive assessment of this comparison is an indicator of environmental and economic efficiency. This figure embodies the idea of the effectiveness of the new projects aimed at increasing both the energy and environmental efficiency and at improving the financial state of the company. For example, the implementation of facilities for recycling in order to obtain biofuel at a sugar plant makes it possible to reduce the consumption of the natural gas, decrease waste storage areas and improve the environmental situation in the area. This example shows a positive motion vector of a sugar plant in order to improve environmental and economic component of the plant's economic activities.","PeriodicalId":403624,"journal":{"name":"The Advanced Science Journal","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-04-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133699667","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We found out that the official interaction between the officers and subordinated informal leaders depends on the level of the formed professional motivation of the officers themselves. We found out no correlation between the official interaction and variations of the professional leadership. As a result, we have defined characteristics of the existing leaders in military units, the main feature of which is the lack of focus on tasks implementation by unit. Author have made conclusion that there is a need in controlled development of the leadership in military units by enhancing the professional motivation of the officers, which increases the level of the official interaction with subordinated military leaders that have informal leadership status. We have indicated that motivation is the most complicated in purposeful impact and the basic in relation to others effective aspect of the professional military activity.","PeriodicalId":403624,"journal":{"name":"The Advanced Science Journal","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-04-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124149827","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
