The proposed Noc is focused around new slip location components suitable for element Nocs, where the number and position of processor components or defective squares differ amid runtime. The Noc medium performs an abnormal state of modularity, adaptability, and throughput. A Noc includes switches and interconnections permitting correspondence between the PEs and/or Ips. The Noc depends on information parcel trade. The way for an information parcel between a source and a terminus through the switches is characterized by the steering calculation. Subsequently, the way that an information bundle is permitted to take in the system depends chiefly on the addictiveness allowed by the routing algorithm, which is connected provincially in every switch being crossed and to every information parcel.","PeriodicalId":403563,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Science Engineering and Management Research (ICSEMR)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134030850","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Also falls are a major public health problem among older people; the number of systems aimed at detecting them has increased dramatically over recent years. This work presents the usage of accelerometers for fall detection along with pressure sensors and heart rate monitor to determine the reason for the fall. It aims to be a supportive device for the elderly people. We have also identified challenges regarding performance under real-life conditions, usability and user acceptance as well as issues related to power consumption, real-time operations, sensing limitations, privacy. There are two modules one is measuring unit and another is the detecting unit. The sensing unit measures the continuous heart rate and blood pressure thereby to determine the fall and to give a self-alarm. Accelerometer sensor has been used to record and analyze difference between fall and normal motion.","PeriodicalId":403563,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Science Engineering and Management Research (ICSEMR)","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134540526","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to validate the load bearing capability of the lug design finite element analysis with material nonlinearity is required while performing a limit design analysis. This requires considerable amount of time and computing resources. An alternate method of estimating the non linear response with the help of the linear analysis results by applying Neuber's rule thus saving significant amount of time and computational resources is explored and conditions for the applicability of the Neuber's rule are stated. The results from the full nonlinear analysis modeling the material nonlinearity and the materially nonlinear results obtained by applying the Neuber's rule to the linear analysis results are compared. The correlation is almost perfect at some regions while being approximate in other regions. The phenomenon is explored in detail and the causes for deviation from the predictions of Neuber's rule are gauged and the feasibility of using Neuber's rule for simplifying the materially nonlinear calculations is evaluated.","PeriodicalId":403563,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Science Engineering and Management Research (ICSEMR)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132049203","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The major issue in Mobile Ad-hoc networks (MANET) is maintaining the topological information in the network. A protocol called proactive routing protocol that maintains the topological information dynamically and efficiently. There are various proactive routing protocols are available in Mobile Ad-hoc networks with various parameters. Some of them are throughput, overhead, End-to-End Delay and Packet data delivery. In this paper we evaluate the performance of those parameters and analyse the best solution for routing the packets using mobile nodes efficiently.","PeriodicalId":403563,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Science Engineering and Management Research (ICSEMR)","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132822847","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This can be achieved by the prominent Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) technology. The level of integration of silicon technology as measured in terms of number of devices per IC. This leads to the idea of scaling in MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) devices. Scaling enhances the design or manufacturing of extremely small complex circuitry using modified semiconductor material. But eventually scaling leads to short channel effects (SCEs). To enable future technology scaling, new device structures like MULTIGATE MOSFET refers to a MOSFET (metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor) which includes quite one gate into a sole device have been proposed. These Nano scale devices have a significant potential to scale beyond the perceived scaling limitations of traditional CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor). The present work involves several distinct features, viz. The main objective is to reduce the Short Channel Effects (SCE) and effects of surface potential variation by using Triple Material Double Gate MOSFET (TMDG) in which the gate is made of three materials with different work functions. For analysing a short channel effects in Triple material double gate MOSFET, a 2-D Analytical channel potential and minimum surface potential is developed by solving the two dimensional Poisson's equation using variable separation method(superposition technique). To simulate surface potential behavior of TMDG, TCAD Simulator is used for investigating novel features offered by the device.","PeriodicalId":403563,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Science Engineering and Management Research (ICSEMR)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114309154","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
