The relative spacing of soliton is chosen as 5.28 (qo) and their interaction is noted in one collision period or length (Lcoll). The soliton interaction without TOD is noted with β2=-2.55ps2/Km and with TOD near Zero Dispersion (ZD) point of -0.22ps2/Km. The effect of TOD decreases the interaction effect when noted with TOD value of β3=0.01 ps3/Km and further there was no interaction with high value of β3=0.1 ps3/Km. The main characteristic of TOD causing temporal shifts is noted in in-phase solitons where the higher deviation is noted with β3=0.1 ps3/Km than β3=0.01 ps3/Km. Further, we have also examined the effect of TOD with 3 and 6 solitons pulses to note the interaction effect. Finally it could be seen that when more than 2 soliton pulses are launched, TOD would degrade the system performance, where these adjacent pulses cross each other due to temporal shifts.","PeriodicalId":403563,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Science Engineering and Management Research (ICSEMR)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129184423","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since the technology follows you at your finger tip and practical orientation of these ubiquitous services needs three main criteria. Firstly, WAN for internet cloud; secondly, remote servers using LAN and WLAN and finally with personal area ubiquitous network called HAN (IEEE 802.15.6). Since the data transmission is ease due to the higher level security in OSI layer as well as in physical. According to the concern of data transmission, secured layer is its perfect fit of focus. According to the focus of the technology; Data rates, inbound and outbound requests are not defined periodically; hence there may be chance of data theft during data transmission. Hence a secured authentication mechanism with a unique solution for authorization and identity verification is desirable. Hence in this paper, we proposed a new methodology to recognize the identity of two HAN enabled devices. The main key idea is to effectively utilize NYMI, an authentic hardware solution to provide the biométrie security. The extensible idea is to fix the cardiac rhythm as password entity. The system verifies each sign of the cardiac rhythm for authentication during data transmission. The clear view of the research is described in the experimental setup and the result shows the efficacy of the algorithm.","PeriodicalId":403563,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Science Engineering and Management Research (ICSEMR)","volume":"76 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133687560","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The monitoring of roughness on the workpiece in end milling process by applying machine vision method is presented in this research work. The captured machined image of the work piece is extorted by image processing method. A neuro fuzzy model is used to relate the actual and predicted roughness at various cutting parameters in end milling operation. Measurement of milled surface is monitored with less error when the extracted milled image and milling parameters are fed into the model. The values of the surface roughness predicted by neuro fuzzy model are then verified with experiments and are compared. The prediction accuracy motivating that computer vision technique could be used to various on-line automated manufacturing sectors.","PeriodicalId":403563,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Science Engineering and Management Research (ICSEMR)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130672866","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is possible only by introducing distinctive managerial approach that enables high performance through people. This research explores the effect of High Performance Work Practices (HPWPs) on job burnout in the context of the Information Technology sector. High performance work practices implemented by the organisation were identified. HPWPs intensifies job load resulting in burnouts. Burnout was measured using its dimensions - emotional exhaustion and professional efficacy. Further, study was conducted to analyse its impact on the employees intervened by job overload. Data were collected from 45 employees through questionnaires. Information on HR practices, overload of job and its outcomes were collected. Factor analyses identified the HPWPs in the organisation. Multiple linear regression analyses were conducted to test the relation. The result shows positive relation between HPWPs and burnout.","PeriodicalId":403563,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Science Engineering and Management Research (ICSEMR)","volume":"285 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131963803","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Microstrip antennas are suitable candidate for modern wireless communication. It possesses the advantages such as light weight, low cost and easy to fabricate, but they are inherence of bandwidth due to resonant nature. Several researchers attempted to overcome the above limitation. Also, MSA radiates naturally linearly polarized waves. Modern wireless communication requires circular polarization and wide bandwidth. In this context, several literature papers are available. The objective of the paper is to comprehensively study popular circular polarization and broadband techniques in MSA and sharing the knowledge to the new researchers in this field. Also, a design example is illustrated for broadband circularly polarized microstrip antenna.","PeriodicalId":403563,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Science Engineering and Management Research (ICSEMR)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129682962","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The principal advantage of chaos base encryption is there are sequences of key for multiple times execution of the encryption process. Initially enormous Hyper-chaos numbers are to be generated considering a set of equation and finally generating a decimal key and bit shifting key using these Hyper-chaos numbers. These keys are the entity of the multi step group based binary gray conversion and bit shifting logic performed on every individual pixel of plain image. And lastly a set of comparison studies like histogram analysis, information entropy, correlation coefficient, sensitivity test of the pfoin image with cipher image have been run. The experimental results show the key space analysis and the security in the encryption algorithm It is shown here the encryption scheme deal with the bit-wise operation on the plain image pixel provides high performance on security and reliability, robustness and invisibility.","PeriodicalId":403563,"journal":{"name":"2014 International Conference on Science Engineering and Management Research (ICSEMR)","volume":"504 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116202597","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
